Did anyone  have a successful push back? If so I must be doing something wrong! Push back option is available to me initially in EFB, but when I fire APU and finish boarding it become permanently greyout. MSFS ground services doesn't work either. Any help is appreciated !

I've had 1 out of 2. The failed one, the pushback was grayed out so I tried the ASOBO ATC pushback and the tow truck just spun around in little circles until it gave up. I ended up having the use reverse thrust to back out the gate.

Fun fact: If you slam the brakes while rolling back, your nosewheel lifts off the ground. Terrifying.

I watched a stream where real A320 pilot mention something about NWS must be disabled before pushback. I tried to turn NWS strig off but it didn't make any difference !

We're tracking something here that may be affecting some users, standby, you're not doing anything wrong, I think this is us.

Same here. Both options not working. 

i am using the pushback tool from flightsim.to and the pushback is working fine. Best option in my opinion

The pushback tool as good as it is causes severe performance drops over time. 
 

the fenix PB is also grayed out for me and shift p does not work. 

I too am experiencing this issue- the PUSHBACK HELPER tool which lives in a separate folder outside the sim is an effective solution for the moment.  Toolbar Pushback has been getting some performance issue blame and I have uninstalled same.

Yeah same here, just opted for reverse thrust in the end.

Yes, I've had this issue on 2/6 flights. I just turn off damage and spin the aircraft around using the engines - the wings go through the terminal, but whatever, it's easier than restarting the sim just for this.

I did 8 hours 45 minutes today in the FNX 320 EICK - GCTS - EICK and used the pushback toolbar and didn't have any performance drop whatsoever.

My experience is that it depends on the gate/airport. Some places are fine and others are not working or barely work.

I made some tests and i think there is an issue with Cold & Dark state which is connected with pushback ( Fenix & Msfs). Even that I set Cold & Dark as default, aircraft always starts with engines on  for some seconds and then return to Cold&Dark stage. This conflict looks like its activating  Msfs pushback which i need to stop and prepare the aircraft for take off. The main issue comes later when pushback is not activated anymore for both tools ( fenix & msfs)

Hello, i also have this issue on most gates. Sometimes on airports I find a gate which is working but most time it is not. And for me it is no difference if I start with Cold&Dark or "Ready".

Yes me too, I asked for FENIX support still waiting fro an answer, all ATC, push back tool and EFB push back function are not working! If I use the option of planed push back it works but pushes the plane to a different directions - last time I tried before latest update. I had an advice of FB to delete push back tool bar MOD! Did not try that yet
