That was a genuine laugh out loud moment for me! 😄 Yes I have the same tug driver, with the same bad attitude. Mind you, I did have my taxi light on, and he put his Ray Bans on aggresively, before the shoulder shrug and drive off! And you need to know the take-off runway before you can complete your flight plan (which is obviously before pushback). So it's like a catch-22 'chicken before egg' situation. It’s been like a month since I used the msfs atc, but could have sworn that you can copy IFR clearance and get runway prior to pushback. The copilot atc helper will sometimes get taxi clearance before you are ready, so you might not want to use that till ready to depart? I’ll test it on my rig tonight.
May 26, 20224 yr After many tests, I could confirm ( at least on my setup) after disabled ATC Fenix pushback works with out any issue. So i guess there is a conflict between Fenix panel states ( always starts with engines ON and then return to cold & dark ) with ATC/pushback procedure etc, Intel Core i9-13900K | ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 4090 GAMING OC 24GB | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | DDR5 64GB 6000-30 Trident Z5 RGB | Corsair ICUE H170i Elite Capellix RGB | Corsair 7000D Airflow ASUS ROG Thor Platinum II 1200 Watt | Samsung SSD 990 Pro NVMe M.2 2TB & 1TB | Alienware AW3423DW | Asus ROG Swift PG279Q 27" Gaming Monitor | VKB-Sim Gladiator Mk.II | Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition
May 26, 20224 yr Pushback express works fine with a little trick. So between Toolbar Pushback's performance problems and the awful self-steering MSFS pushback I'm gonna stick to good old Pushback Express for the time being. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

May 26, 20224 yr I've found that if I use the pushback feature with the EFB on my iPad instead of the onboard EFB, it works fine.
May 27, 20224 yr it never ceases to amaze me how developers can role out unfinished products. here you have an a/c that cant push back... unbelievable.
May 27, 20224 yr built-in pushback isn't working for me either. Not sure what's going on. May 27, 20224 yr I´m lucky PB working fine in my case, but there are some annoying issues. Even if I choose C&D panel state in menu, after simulation load, panels are on and PB immediately starts to connect to plane. Then panels starts to switching off to C&D, but PB Tug stays connected and I need to manually connect jetway and cancel pushback in EFB. This would deserve some logic polishing from side of Fenix.

June 7, 20223 yr Hello all, I deleted the Toolbar Pushback from my community folder because it conflicts with the Fenix A320. But one function of TB that I really liked was that if enabled in its options menu, it kept the jetway/stairs and cargo doors open for as long as I want them to be open. When I use MSFS ATC window to call for ground services, they stay connected to the aircraft for a limited time and then detach themselves automatically. Is there any other app compatible with FenixA320 which I can use to attach stairs, beggage belt and catering truck and keep them attached as long as I want? June 7, 20223 yr Agree with above! I would like to be able to toggle belt conveyor and catering truck from EFB and that they are not handled automatically like it is now. Currently cargo doors are closed automatically too early. IRL at least a conveyor belt is kept at the door in case of last bags arrival or delivery at the gate bags or troller. I think Fenix should consider this. Pierre
