Will definitely pick this up. We need a dev to do KATL. Asobo’s and that P3D port from the defunct Imaginesim don’t cut it.

I hope inibuilds does it

I'm still disappointed that FlyTampa bailed on us here.

Hoping for FlightBeam or even Drzweicki himself.

Whoever does it to a very high quality for MSFS will make a truckload of money.

can we talk about the fact das Drzweicki Design is promoting or recommending to buy a extra GSX Profile for this Airport ??? What the hell!

Anyone tried it out with AIG or FSLTL?

Im a bit scared in regards to performance, with JFK and LGA being so close.

Sorry, but what does that even mean? What are Cartayna Files?

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

I think it's a bundle of GSX profiles for some payware airports being sold, which in itself is a bit lame, and apparently DD didn't build a GSX profile for KEWR but you have to buy one or make one yourself.

Hey. That product is not out yet so you can’t really know what will that product include. But by all means, it is not required. You can use KEWR without GSX perfectly fine or use a free profile if someone makes it at some point.

Oh, it is not „lame”, they actually do that very well - and with all realistic pushbacks and guidance systems configured that is quite a lot of work per airport. Anyway - the compatibility with something is a feature not a con. 😅

what i don't like is the fact that such a well known developer promotes such "Scam" as an official way to get GSX...

They should atleast write there, you can also create your own or use one created by the amazing community at Flightsim dot to... no instead they are guiding unknown people to buy from a "Scammer"...

Edit: sorry did not realize you are DDesign 😄

Don't want to be rude and like you airports, but i don't like the useless stuff that is beeing sold at Simmarket, where you can find better stuff on Flightsim dot to... and i was shooked to read that you are even guide people to buy such stuff. But that is just my 2 cents 😄

Personally I do not care about GSX but many of our customers asked for a similar solution as there was for FSX/P3D and Cartayna did 100+ commercial-grade configs for them.

You should also note, that you can create your own scenery for free using the Developer Mode in MSFS. You do not have to buy them at all. Same with GSX profiles I guess.

I recommend Cartayna because I know how they do the profiles, what source information they use for that and how those profiles integrate with our airports. This is a tested solution, but that does not mean the only available. Same with sceneries - you have very nice freewares too or you can make your own. I am not sure why this generates such an emotional reaction in your case.

(edit) I totally agree about „useless stuff” but this is not one of those in my oinion. ☺️

Hi - Tried to access your forums and was notified I was banned because of spam. I was hacked about a year ago, and I sent a reply to the board administrator telling them what happened earlier today. Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks in advance!

I remember Cartayna from my p3d days.  They actually did very good work.  Look forward to checking these profiles out.

They cost 12 euros on P3D and it was 108 airports (and on top of that they also took care of jetways with multiple design variants to choosef rom), now for MSFS they cost 10 euros for 10 profiles. I find that quite offensive.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I don't.  Do you know how long it takes to make those?  Especially at large airports.  But I honestly would much rather have the choice of individual airports.
