October 12, 20223 yr Commercial Member Not working, installed texture optimizer twice now and both times when I click on the exe a small window opens but immediately closes. Sorry, but have you read the user guide? An important bit of information in the user guide: "Usage of the Texture Optimizer is via the command line."

October 14, 20223 yr With paint.net I had changed all textures to 1024. I activated generate mipmaps. Unfortunately after the change I had some black textures. My setting was BC7 (sRGB, DX 11+) generate mipmaps on. PC - i7 4770k @ 4,2 GHz with 16 GB RAM and Zotac Geforce GTX 1080 AMP Extreme

I come in the command window to D:\TextureOptimizer> If I then enter the path I get the error message. Is it possible for someone to take a screenshot of the command window before editing is started.
