LTT found that the 4090 runs max DP1.4 and not DP2.0 the card does not support it, DP 1.4 has a max 120Hz They tried to test DLSS3 with all 4090s but they crashed.

The 3090 Strix was overpriced too. I still got it, as it was the only one I could get, 6 months or so after release. Didn't know Asus had a watercooled 4090 though.

Asus doesn't have a watercooled version,   MSI and Gigabyte do.    The air-cooled strix is 200 over either water-cooled card.   /Which is down right insane, imo.

Definitely buying it, just waiting for the 5090 to come out so I am always a minimum of one step behind (currently on 1080Ti)

Got it. I have bad experience with Gigabyte. I'll consider MSI though. It all depends what's available I guess.

I just purchase the cheapest one, they all do the same thing in the end and I have never ever had a problem doing that in the past.

Yeah that's true. Either way I don't care about fans or design or any of the "OC" cards. Eventually I'll be taking it apart and mounting a waterblock. 

So much for no mad rush! scan sold out in literally two blinks of an eye and overclockers crashed.

I ended up ordering one in a pre-built system and it ended up being 1683 INC VAT. Didn't say what brand it was though.

Looks like a mad mad rush again! 

The Strix prices are nuts. I ended up getting a TUF OC edition. The non OC were all sold out..

They are in stock in the UK OC has them priced up and available, Scan later today.
