I am currently getting indicated crosswind at 85 kts (on Aivlasoft map) at FL170 over Saskatchewan heading for CYQD (The Pas). Second flight in a row with high wind readings. Oh and Clear skies as well. My poor Kodiak is chugging along at 117 kts. indicated.

I have clouds when I take off but they go away during cruise and then gone on landing - Oh and MS/Asobo says "Fixed"

I do see cloud layers way off in the distance (due east) coming up on my right now with a headwind factor of 52 kts.

Was having the same weather issues for previous day up until around 3 hrs ago but all OK now (I'm based in UK so Euro servers) ... there's some interesting clouds formations east of Ottawa in Canada if anyone wants to test. Cheers!

Same with me. Yesterday through the evening I could not get clouds anywhere but today weather has been great, flying from clear skies to cloudy matching real-world conditions quite well, including winds! Located in Toronto.

Just checked EKCH, should be cloudy, not a single cloud anywhere in the sim. It´s broken for sure.

Looking good to me! No issues or weather mismatch at any time.

Same here, No clouds until some hours ago, but now they are back and look better with SU11 beta  than with SU10.

Also the feeling of flying seems much better now, loving it.

I just checked and I have clear skies in three locations that should have clouds as reported. I am NOT in the SU11 beta. Not so sure it's working again for everyone 🤨

Do those places have clouds in this meteoblue map? https://www.meteoblue.com/en/weather/maps/index#coords=4.29/22.75/-76.41&map=satellite~sat~none~none~none

The sim doesn't get the cloud coverage from METARs, it gets it from Meteoblue. From METAR it just gets winds, pressure and temps.

Let me check, just finished dinner...

UPDATE: Okay, I DO get clouds at Key West, so I guess it is working now.

It definitely gets visibility and ceiling from Metars too.  Higher level clouds than metars report, those are purely from meteoblue.

Andrew Crowley

Yeah, the sim will show fog/haze when the METAR reports such.

Not sure abou that. If it gets the ceiling from Metars, there should be clouds over the airport, and many times there are no clouds even when the Metar reports them. And even when there are clouds the ceiling is many times wrong.

This AM flight was finally good - Clouds and weather all the way from takeoff to landing - Now I get a few weeks of stability hopefully until SU11.....
