I had a 3090 before my 4090. it adds another frame to each by inserting another "fake" frame that the CPU doesn't know about and did not have to calculate. did you not watch this posted earlier in this very thread? February 4, 20233 yr Not sure I would appreciate all that extra heat dumped into my case when I'm already feeling ok with my current performance (+10C/+50F)...but it is quite interesting nonetheless and food for thought.
