They said that they were going to bring this up in their quarterly talk with Meteoblue and see if they can do something about it (I guess they will have to pay Meteoblue more money for higher resolution). If my memory serves me they said that talk is going to happen in March. So IF it ever changes (and I sure hope it does) it will probably be just in time for Winter in the Southern Hemisphere.

I noticed that the release announcement for this references “TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network) cities”…it’s not a term I’ve heard before. Is this something new or a more technical name for photogrammetry?
