A little pity that the small watermark exists at the top

Oh ? I don't have any watermark that I notice with the nvngx_dlss.dll (the doss 2 non frame generation) 3.1.30 CL found here https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/

I have a question.
I'm using an RTX 3090 with 24GB VRAM.
Which DLSS dll do I have to download.
The RTX 30 series only supports DLSS 2
Do I then have to use the DLL with version 2.x or can I also use version 3.x for my RTX 3090.

Thanks Frank

Maybe I'm wrong, but I can't see any watermark. Anyway this DLL is giving me more fps, about 50 in the Fenix A320 cockpit.

Just tried it, no watermak but no difference in FPS.

Serie 3000 doesn't support Frame Generation so you just have to download the DLSS 2 version https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/

You can skip and ignore the Frame Generation DLSS 3 DLL : https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-3-frame-generation-dll/

Thanks. I know Series 3000 doesn´t support FG.

Which version should I use.

There is a newer Nvidia DLSS dll file that significantly reduces the blurry gauges compared to the .dll that MSFS ships with.

If you're confident to do so, make a copy of the original file called nvngx_dlss.dll in your folder where MSFS.exe is located.

Download version 3.1.13 of the .dll file here:

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/

Does this DLL work with RTX 30xx Series GPUs?

Oops, people here are very quick:

But then the DLSS DLAA blurriness in glass gauges is not solved...or is it?

Not "solved" but several users notice a fair reduction.

Sorry not to be definitive as the best is that you try by yourself. The rollback is easy, you just a have to reposition the original .DLL delivered with MSFS that you will backup 😉

But obviously, if you're not confortable with renaming .DLL of the core MSFS, don't mess with that and skip all this to enjoy flying !

Any noticeable difference between 3.1.13 and 3.1.30? Running .13 now and it’s really nice.  Not sure if worth installing .30?

I need to go into the Xbox app apparently and convert MSFS to the newer style installation

what is this, can you share some more details please as my MSFS Store installation is also protected and I cannot copy files in that MSFS folder...

EDIT do you refer to the "advanced management features" which I can enable via XBOX app?

EDIT2 yep, that's it. I did it and works now, files are accessible

I looked at this, but it wants me to install 127GB to my C Drive - I don't have that much space on C, and I couldn't see how to change the installation path.

there is this one big button which does not necessarily look like a button, it tells a drive on your PC and I could click on it and change it to my F: drive in my case. cannot make a screen shot since I cannot see that option anymore now after I did already enable the mgmt features

That is a great help - thanks!   I will look for the button.  I have an F Drive for Flight Sim also.
