So I have FSS Ejet. Not having VNAV is disappointing . But I must say I never had a single CTD. And having FLC makes my brain work better lol I ventured to Europe several times this year and got to fly ERJ several times as well. With all criticism I wish developer to get a grip and get it done . So I opted to give them a shot . It’s my choice and so if they fail it is my tab . January 2, 20251 yr Alright, a year after this thread was created, a bit of a stunning admission in the FSS discord today... Tensions there are boiling over and people are getting warned left and right for being petulant children, but more of the story is starting to come out... I bought both - I came to terms earlier this year that I don't believe the product will ever be completed. I think they're way out of their depth and I'm not convinced what they're developing is going to work great anyways. The solution here was to hire a guy. We're now being told it's "months [not years]," I'm sorry but I would've believed that a year ago.

January 2, 20251 yr Meh. Thread revived. Yeah, they're missing some stuff but the obession over VNAV and Custom LNAV is just repeating all of the things people complain about. Its like when 2020 was first released and everyone said the same thing "the planes fly like in GTA 5 etc." Just a repeat. Pointless. Besides...Flight level change and VS are better for me in a flight sim anyway. Custom FMS would be nice but overall the plane(s) are pretty decent. Never had issues making flight plans and having the plane following them. If you're talking airways....then a whole slew of planes have that issue so don't get me started on that. There are plenty of fully "released" planes from very reputable developers that have left some options and function out of their planes. I don't see everyone up in arms of about BlackBox, Carenado or the half dozen developer that make pretty planes without function. FSS is trying. Yeah its like on a repetitive cycle of people repeating others. The planes are fun. They should go make a stink of other planes that are released "fully" that still have issues. In the meantime, they're fun.
