January 8, 20242 yr Yeah it seems to finally be usable after all this time. I just wonder if the official IniBuilds one will obfuscate it. Looking at the A310 which is in an almost "abandoned" state, doesn't look like it, but time will tell. EDIT: Very impressive the HUGE difference between default/freeware aircraft from the FSX/P3D days to MSFS. Simply outstanding (bugs or issues left out). Which seems like an odd reason. I think he meant that there's no "need" to show off / review a freeware aircraft, because people can just try it themselves. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Having tried it again in two flights, the difference from the day it was released is huge. It flies REALLY good manually, it actually feels like an Airbus and the NAV/LNAV behaviour is miles from what it used to be. Ok, there are some limitations such as the MCDUs being mirrored and some weird texturing on them, but being freeware this is a gem nowadays. It came a long way and after experiencing it today, i believe they will make a good job with the upcoming A380. Well done! January 8, 20242 yr The FBW A20N is my favorite in MSFS followed by the HW A339 which has most of the FBW under the hood so to speak. When Fenix comes out with their update it will give them a run for sure. Eric

Why even bother with NG driver hes an pretended expert on every airliner (sarcasm), if you want a good opinion on a Airbus in these sims watch V!, Blackbox711 or 320 sim pilot you know the ones who fly or did ( 320sim and blackbox) the real A320 in the real world. Which seems like an odd reason. If I remember Lucky one of the dev's said he hated the FBW. Talked bad about it and refrained from trying it.
