March 3, 20242 yr While I have 35 to 40 fps in the cockpit, in outside view it drops to below 30. No matter if cabin is on or off. Despite that I loved it. Tried an engine failure yesterday and it worked wonderfully.

March 3, 20242 yr Just a quick question for A320 experts: On the landing roll, do you disengage autobrakes by starting manual braking - or by putting the autobrake switch to disarm? 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
March 3, 20242 yr love the update but I have one question. When using the external mcdu on the ipad is there away to silence the button clicks on the mcdu, they are very loud. Edited March 3, 20242 yr by Shrek1970

By manual braking. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

March 3, 20242 yr Another question: Which button to use when notifying cabin crew before takeoff? ALL/FWD/AFT? And when to notify? EDIT: It seems this happens automatically when getting close to the departing rwy. I'm getting a call from the cabin crew with the message: "Hi captain, the cabin is secure for takeoff". Or something similar. Edited March 3, 20242 yr by Cpt_Piett 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

Or something similar. Yeah I noticed when the message from the crew is answered it checks the Cabin Ready line in the Take Off Memo. I noticed a message in the scratch pad stating "NAV ACC UPGRADE" - I know my nav data is up to date and the AIRAC cycle is current. Is there something I'm missing inside the box? March 3, 20242 yr Is there a way to change the EFB checklists with the current ones from Airbus? Airbus changed the SOPs and checklists in 2022 and a 2024 release should have the latest ones on board. EDIT: It seems this happens automatically when getting close to the departing rwy. I'm getting a call from the cabin crew with the message: "Hi captain, the cabin is secure for takeoff". Or something similar. You're mixing up things: The cabin announcements are the cabin announcing something to you or the pax (in this case that the cabin is secure). Whether you want to notify the crew has nothing to do with cabin announcements. In real life you would announce over the PA that the cabin crew should get seated for takeoff. In-sim you can "accelerate" the process of cabin securing via pushing the calls button on the overhead, but this has nothing to do with real life. Ok, so based on what you’re saying there’s really no need to bother with the calls button(s) before takeoff. I might have gotten confused as the ECAM is not complete until cabin is secured. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
