Looks like reinstalling solved the problem! However, another problem popped up (below) LOL

    So a quick update. The purchase went well. No waiting. 10 mins to download and install. Copy and pasted code from Instant download account and activation was a breeze. I wanted a quick flight to

    Taken just by itself that's a pretty niche reason to entirely reject a plane 🙂

No. No, Mav, this is not a good idea.

Sorry Goose, but it's time to buzz the tower!

Hello, is anyone out there using the tca airbus throttle quad with this 727? I am but having problem with the reverse thrust. thanks

After patch, engines would not start. Re-installed. Engines started, Engaged AP and aircraft spins out of control, GG FSS. Back to DCS.

I had the same thing. Do you have some kind of binding for alternator on/off? I did and it caused some electrical issue and autopilot problem. After I deleted alternator binding everything works as normal.

Don't have anything bind to alternator, but thank you for the thought. I will try again /rolleyes

OK so now I got an odd autopilot issue. Flight start as usual I reached cruising altitude and fly for few hours. Then I'm no longer can select pitch or ISA on autopilot. Every time I change altitude  autopilot immediately start descent or climb. Altitude hold doesn't do anything. It's like 727 somehow switched to FLC mode. Not sure how to reset it other than restart MSFS

I have the exact same problem. When entering a lower altitude in the altitude alert window, the aircraft immediately begins a decent despite being in altitude hold. I find that quickly selecting ias mode on then off again allows you to regain control of the autopilot. Anyone have a link to their discord? I can't seem to get access to it.

It's really strange, I'm encountering a completely different problem with the autopilot. It holds altitude just fine, and I used VS mode a lot in my last flight.
However I can't switch it to V/L mode at all. It just keeps following HDG no matter what. It used to work, before the patch I tested it out just fine. Not sure.

I wonder if it's linked to GPS in all of our cases? My issue is happening with 530, but my other test where it worked was with TDS 750.

I posted this problem on FSS discord. They acknowledged the fix for it in next update or so. Meanwhile, resetting autopilot solved this issue for me

Changelog

DISCLAIMER:
None of us is part of the developing team, the flight model is not a definitive version and will require other changes in the future (and developer approvation).

CHANGELOG:
Corrected pitch of the aircraft at every flap settings according to performance charts;
Corrected every flap settings drag according to performance charts;
Increased Spoiler and Gear drag;
Reduced pitch sensitiveness near approach speed;
Tuned roll and rudder sensitiveness (Should feel more "Fluffy" on approach);
Disabled Alpha Protection (Stall portection);
Added Stall Physic parameters and tuned according to real stall speed charts (Tuning required for correct post-stall behaviour);
Engine spool up time slightly reduced (Still not ready, tuning required);
Engine N1 idle Thrust slightly reduced;

TODO LIST:
Tune engines spool up time (slower at first half, faster later);
Tune wing flex;
Add correct stall behaviour (No guarantee on this one, the plane now stalls at correct speeds, but doesn't behaves always as it should);
Improve ground handling and friction;

I'm going to give it a go as I've had some gripes with the aircraft excessively floating. The pitch sensitivity on approach is a welcome change for sure.

Does anyone know where o get cruising performance charts for 727? I'm trying to figure our optimal cruising altitude for given weight..

I hope the fix comes quickly. The autopilot pitch modes need fixing ASAP. Just tried activating IAS hold during climb and instead of maintaining the speed, it aggressively pitched the nose down into a dive.

I thought I was alone in this. I’m just a lowly PPL/SEL with an instrument rating, and the pitch and flaps behavior reminded me of the real Cessnas and Pipers I’ve flown in my life. Can’t wait to try this tonight 👍. Thank you for posting this, I would have missed it!
