Most of the users complaining about the sound would have had zero experience of the cockpit environment in the real aircraft. They expected it to sound like the passenger cabin of a 737 or similar air

What makes this plane my favourite is that I can't think of any other airliner that feels like it wants to kill you if you let it. Hand-flying approaches means throwing the yoke around like you'r

OK, following Michael's advice  I created folder and put livery for 82/83/88 models. Unfortunately still no go 😞

I have to admit, I don't really care about liveries and just fly the default ones, but from my experience with MadDog's liveries in the past, this HAS to be the most cumbersome way to manage liveries. Literally everyone else is doing it in a much more user-friendly way. LOVE this aircraft. Don't like this "outside the sim" Load Manager (why is this needed???) and its livery management function.

It's been a minute since I flew Maddog with my OnAir airline, but I recall not using the livery manager at all. I believe you can totally do it like every other plane with a separate livery in the community folder, etc. The only difference is that state saving / maintenance stuff will only persist based on the livery through the manager. But I also seem to remember basically aliasing all that stuff to the default one.

Hi SD, I struggled with this myself recently, in the livery I downloaded, there was a zip file within the zip file I downloaded and I had to put THAT in the liveries folder and then the livery manager could sniff it out and I could install it.

BTW search NBFlightsim.com if you want to find an exquisite collection of liveries (including classic liveries from the past) for this beast.

I had no trouble installing them in 2020. 2024; however, predesignated folder doesn't work. I can check my post above.

Hi  Could someone help me with the adjustment and calibration of the throttle levers? I have the Thrustmaster TCA QENG Airbus and I don't know which settings would be best to make the throttle and reverses work. Thanks in advance.

Anyone tested the SE-DHB livery in MSFS2024? I am trying to nail some freezing like active pause symptoms and just reinstalled the MD82/83/88 in MSFS2024

Thanks Michael Moe

Not sure about MS2024 but FTsim sound pack is available for for MSFS(2020). https://www.ftsimplus.com/msfs-md80.html

arrh , i am rolling back to MSFS2020 with this one. I am getting these "WASM" like freezing with sounds and cameras working but everything else is on pause.

I had a few succes at the begin of versions for MSFS2024 but lately its just a no go here.

I have a low end PC until October which is then swapped with latest tech.

I’ve looked on the Leonardo Forums but an answer elides me.  In the change log for most recent 2020 version I see an entry “WINWING CDU support”. Can someone tell me what that means.  Native?  With SimApp Pro?  Mobiflight?
TIA,

-B
