People find this survey long must surely have a short attention span. Try a medical or health care exam or even a High School exam.

I tend to agree. I don’t like changing topic titles but I think in this case it’s necessary to draw people’s attention to what is being discussed. So sorry @Bobsk8, I hope you don’t take offence

  • It's beyond me how people fail to come up with descriptive thread titles. I (and probably most forum users) would love to know what a thread is about before clicking it. "This should attract atte

Clicked submit and done.

i7-13700KF @ 5.3GHz    32.0GB DDR5 @ 5600    RTX 3080    65" LG OLED @ 4k

I finished the survey, but man... they should be offering some kind of incentive to complete it, because that survey was LONG. I don't particularly like writing out sentences or searching out products that are coming out in the next year to try and remember what got me excited when it was announced 6 months ago.

The least they could do is offer a chance to win a year of Navigraph or a free add-on from one of their many survey "partners".

I finished the survey, but I feel some options were missing, like the Kuro 787-8 for MSFS aircraft, and injected AI traffic (by either FS Traffic, FSHud or BATC)

I selected traffic by BATC, there were many options for traffic if I remember correctly.

Radar Contact v4 and Aivlasoft EFB were missing so I added both together with the sim of my choice.

I didn’t find the survey too long either. It’s only once a year and the results will be interesting.

Aivasoft EFB was a choice in the flight planning section.

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but if I'm contributing to market data that helps companies determine what products will be profitable, it would be nice to have some type of incentive to spend my time contributing to that data. If this were a survey for a corporate product, I would have gotten a gift card or some company swag. Plenty of times surveys like this have the option of entering your email address so you can win something. I did it "for the love of the hobby", but I can see how others would not be as patient.

What is om3 sim?

Om3 sim is what happens when Microsoft buys out the wonderful SwiftKey app and lets it fall apart changing meaningful words like one sim into om3 sim or whatever ai happens to shoot out of its butt instead of actual real words.

You USED to type gibberish and the app would substitute for real words now it has stepped up it's game, remembered what you used to type and now guesses you MEANT to type gibberish when you type real words.

It asks for your primary simulator, that's why it's not multiple choice. There's a multiple choice question later on that lets you select how often you use other ships.

If you use multiple sims why would one need to be primary? I never give a multiple choice answer unless it is correct. Closest answer is not acceptable.

No way in that survey to capture using one sim as a scenery generator and another sim for flight physics and systems, and networking the two of them together... Oh well, I guess the 4 of us who do that will have to wait for some other survey. 😄

Listen up I'm not going back with users here about whether they should take the survey or not it is your choice, so participate in it or move on. Just don't make a fuss about it. Not contributing to surveys really don't  help the community at all does it?
