In our personal and working lives we make mistakes, fall behind schedule, overrun on deadlines etc, yet when somebody else does the same thing there is no understanding or leeway - they are just wrong!

Personal is something different than business.

If I fall beging schedule 2x , I will get a conversation with my teamlead.

If I overrun a deadline , I will get a conversation with my teamlead.

If it happens 3 times I will be getting an official warming.

Regarding MSAsobo : a year after the release of MSFS 2024 it probably is what it should have been at release date.

I surely see its potential. That I had to wait for Wideview + Prosim to become compatible saved me from a lot of release issues.

Now let them fix the PG and Ground textures

If you read my previous posts, I'm a large advocate for 2024. But IMHO, they screwed the pooch with these beta updates and not so ready release of 2024. Every SU release, it breaks something else. Do they even test these updates internally before release? When developers tell you not to accept the latest update because it will break the usage of their addons is embarrassing or it should be. This is the main reason why we don't have PMDG or Ifly Max yet. They won't release a 2024 compatible version until Asobo release a stable and useable version of 2024. I never ask for a refund and trying to be patient as I can be. But my frustration is that they don't communicate their changes with some developers and the betas are breaking their addons. I'm very appreciative they are releasing fixes, but I'm just as glad to have 2020 to fall back on.

I said this months ago, Trying to fix a complex add on like PMDG and iFly have, is like trying to shoot a moving target. They waste time and money fixing something and then Asobo breaks it again with another update.

It was directed to anyone specifically! We are all frustrated with one thing or another. I personally prefer not to vent out a lot here. Why? What will it change? I do file a lot of bugs though. At the moment I opted out of SU2. After SU1 every time i load aircraft in 2024 I have to lower my graphic settings temporary; otherwise, I get infinite spinning circle LOL  I'm pretty sure a lot people frustrated with that. Yes there is work around but it a bit awkward! Still we need to stay positive to move forward. I know eventually it will be fixed!

I think inBuilds and Leonardo have no problem keeping up with that. Just like when you write soft for Mac or PC you have constantly deal with updates and t keep up with all changes to OS itself and framework.

It's a part of the business!

I'm not sure about Fly the MD, I haven't had the opportunity to fly in 2024, but Inibuilds has inside channels to Asobo. They developed a few default aircraft for 2020and 2024. They know ahead of time what's coming. But why would anyone want to rewrite code twice a month to use their product, when It's going to get broken again in few weeks. A good developer business wants to write code for a stable base so if something won't work easy troubleshoot to fix.
