I tried to make a backup of it but I was not allowed to copy it somewhere else. Why is that? But my main question is: if I am not following the sim-news every day, how can I know before launching it, if an update will be coming (so that I know I have to rename the community-folder before launching)? That’s the pount I still don’t understand. And unfortunately I have absolutely no clue which version I own, I just remember having participated to a beta 2-3 months ago…😗 So, regarding my issue, I was able to « force » a copy of the content of my community-folder to another drive (instead of c:/ being the same as where MSFS is installed) by using the command-tool. And I could relink it in the config-file. It works and MSFS recognizes now that new location on that different drive as community-folder. Can someone confirm that in future it is not possible anymore that my whole community-folder could get deleted when updating and/or participating to betas, if my community-folder is on another drive? Or do I still have to be careful? i9 12900k, RTX 3090, 32GB RAM
