  • Today is Feb 10 2026, and the 1.6.0 ver of the Kodiak 100 was released for FS2020 ( on Just Flight). I can say that the flight dynamics have improved considerably from the time I started this thread.

I've been flying it in MSFS2024 for many months. Works perfectly.

What is the trick to getting the exterior click spots to work. I managed to remove the prop covers but no luck with chocks or opening doors etc. the remains an arrow?

For the chocks, I've had the best luck clicking the rear chock (pressing C to crouch can help). For the pitot cover, the vertical handle has the easiest click spot. For the doors, you actually have to click and move the handle to the open position.

Have you used the EFB and input weights per seat then click load plane? That works every time for me. Good Luck and quite a few different people too.

Also tried the option to call for passengers with bus via ATC but the door opens and bus arrives but no passengers. Also cant find the clickspot for closing the left door?

click spot is bottom right hand just below and to the left of the master switch, with the pax being visible you need to go to the weight and balance section , click the seats option than in each seat you click add making sure there is a 1 in the box once done at bottom you need to load aircraft

Does anyone here have the broken landing lights issue or know what is causing it (like a certain setting perhaps)? The dev mentioned that only some folks are affected and have no landing lights, yet others are not having the issue. They seem to be struggling to understand why this is. Anyone know of a work-around for it?

Thanks but how do i make sure there is "1" ? its green with for instance 250lbs per seat and 4/10 passengers. But when i load the weight there seats become white but no passengers is showed

Thanks

ok so when you add the weights to each seat does the seat turn green and will remain green when you go to the next seat once done click the load aircraft ( i got my weights set to kgs), If this doesnt work try a different livery( i just tried all my liveries and all works fine) other than this iam out of ideas unless you might try a uninstall/ re install
