I honestly would rather prefer a cabinless aircraft, or at least an option to allow for that.... I don't want to spend any resources painting stuff I really don't need...

It doesn’t.  If it’s not visible in MSFS, it’s not rendered.

  • Not sure why every thread has to derail into A v B or why bother etc.   Congrats to the team at FSL. It's great to see them updating and moving into 24.

  • Sorry but late to the party. FENIX rules!!!!

I have absolutely love and hate relationship with FSlabs 321. LOL Some stuff I absolutely love and some absolutely hate. GSX intergradation is great when it work and a nightmare when it doesn't. I wish all options I have to make in ATSU would be available in tablet. Some of them redundant and can be changed in tablet or MCDU. Cabin would be most welcomed, given new 2024 tech that won't affect fps.

Airline experience is excellent, ambient sounds, tech logs and etc. Flying experience almost in par with Fenix except I have issue with flight path ailment drown on PFD vs runway heading . I'm looking forward for more updates and improvements

What’s going wrong with gsx integration? So far I didn’t experience any glitches. There’s a way to access the gsx menu via the tablet if you opt for the traditional way. A cabin is promised and would undoubtedly be there but given fslabs pace I would expect it might not be in the immediate future (though it’s just a speculation on my part).

The flight path alignment is a known issue, hopefully will get fixed with some other glitches that are still there…

It looks like the flight path issue only affects people that don't have 2020 installed.

Passenger cabins never bothered me in 2020, but with the first person feature in 2024 it would be fun to walk round inside the aircraft.

Anyone having problems engaging ILS? I've had to hand fly the plane in for touchdown twice that I've flown it. Regularly use Fenix, Inibuilds etc. airbuses with no problems capturing ILS for autoland.

I tried autoland once. It worked ok! As always you need to established on localizer and intercept glideslope "under"

I thought it had a cabin (Q8pilot) on Youtube showed it on his stream but nothing special? I have seen a few videos that show it but you can't enter it from the cockpit is what users who care about those things  do not like. Users simply go into outside drone mode and enter the cabin that way or am I missing something or am I off based here.

It may have a cabin, but if you aren’t looking at it in MSFS, it’s not rendered and taking up resources.  That’s what I meant.

the only way to see  the cabin is  to go to the outside view and move in the cabin

hey all,

Has anyone seen any initialisation problems in 2024? My aircraft seems to boot up at the gate with random things not working.

I often get a "Datalink Company Fault" ECAM which means I cannot load a simbrief plan. I have to reload the aircraft a couple of times for it to want to load from simbrief again (although it loads the briefing sheet fine in the EFB and displays it - yep I have set up my username properly in the control panel). The fault seems intermittent.

A few times I get failures such as AP1 and AP2 not working on the system page, asking me to ground service (I have all failures set to off, so this is weird).

I have had the APU fail to start, switches seemingly in different positions when I go in to the aircraft from the gate, which then get stuck.

Even if I set the aircraft to always load on the APU panel state it doesn't always seem to get there.

It seems quite difficult and many trips back to the main menu to get a fully functional aircraft at the gate...

When malfunctions you hadn't specifically asked for take place you can open the FSlabs Menu from the "Toolbar"  and there's a section where you can revert all systems to their normal state...

It is rendered but you just don't know it. Other airplanes like the Fenix gives you the option to disable it completely. Just because you are in the cockpit its still there being rendered in the background and its not a resource hog anyways. People make too much out of nothing.

I disabled faults for a few months until I had familiarised myself with the aircraft.
