June 19, 2025Jun 19 It's tragic, but these kinds of accidents do happen when testing rockets. When you've got rockets with about 10 million pounds of fuel that has to be ignited to provide thrust, well, it doesn't take much to cause a catastrophic accident. Space travel is a dangerous business. Thank goodness there are people willing to risk their lives and/or spend the time, money, and effort to advance this technology.
