It looks beautiful and great frame rates on a modest system. ( 3080 with frame gen mod) Over 100+ fps and smooth. Even at large airports it's fine. I never run anything in the background except for navigraph and spad. I never imagined a sim could be so real 20 years ago. You are not lucky, that's exactly my point: casual VFR flying works good enough, the rest of the features is a buggy unfinished mess. 7800X3D | 2x32 GB DDR5-6000 CL32 | RTX 5080 | Alienware OLED 34" | 1 Gbps fiber

I am pretty sure everyone in this forum knows that, when it's constantly mentioned in every third reply. It is still no excuse for the mess that is 2024.

I find it's the people continually spouting "it's a beta, you don't understand how they work" are the ones that don't actually understand how they're supposed to work, which is nothing like the absolute mess that Asobo throw out! June 26, 2025Jun 26 I'd laugh if MS pulled the plug on this sim. The amount of constant whining is off the scale. Supposedly from grown adult's to boot. Here's a novel idea! Fly what you want, in whatever Sim you want. And if they both upset you, go fly Xp12. plenty of complaining to do then. Yes, everybody should stop discussing things in a discussion forum.

I can only hope you are joking. I wouldn't laugh, as I want this paid for product to work properly eventually, but if MS / Asobo did pull the plug (over what you call whining but I consider to be mainly valid criticism) then they would be the real children. So I wonder... If you bought any other product, like a car or a TV, and it was substandard or didn't work properly, would you ask them to fix in a reasonable period of time, or would you take your own advice and just drop it, forget the cost, and go and pay for yet another one from somewhere else? You see, maybe this is one of those things that is subjective, as I seemed to think it was alright last night, but I am at 4k and it is more point like. I moved it to 2k at one stage just to test the performance level compared to 4k, and it did seem a bit blobby at that setting. Is that what you mean? Or can you describe what it is you don't like about it? Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).
