Waooo, instant purchase for me. Great airport and city very well modeled. The place I have called home for the last 8 years.

You should add that it is for MSFS2024 only to the title.

Let us know how performance is when you get a chance.

2024 is the future. No point wasting dev time on 2020.

Agreed. 2020 is, well, so 2020.

The way it works is there is something only in the new sim that you must have that forces an upgrade.

I've seen it before. 🙃

Pity it’s not compatible with 2020. Yes the direction of travel is with 24 but it’s still half baked in many areas and I keep going back to 20 for a more reliable experience.

Aah wish it was for 2020. One sale less i guess. Oh well...

Those still on 2020 must also once consider this: the longer you wait with the switch, the more addons you will have to buy again. I switched almost directly and thanks to this, most addons that were then ported over, were free or a very small upgrade price. In two, three years, it might look completely different. Not to speak about all those addons like this one here not coming for 2020 anymore at all...

Or in other words: it is a DECISION not to switch, and it has consequences. Either you accept them or not, but complaining why this or the other addon is not coming to 2020 anymore is wrong because it was YOU taking this decision deliberately. But yes, nowadays, living with the consequences of a decision is not «in» anymore...

I have no alternative at the moment, even if I wanted to switch simulators. The PMDG 737-600 is not available for MSFS 2024 (and I am not interested in forcing the 2020 version to work when it is not likely to be fully functional).

Not really? If you stick to just free flight it’s way better than 2020.

I uninstalled 2020 in December and have not regretted it once.

I have been trying 2024 more and more and although there are things that I like, I still find the 2020 experience just a little more polished. 2024 still gives me random performance problems, setting up controls is still a mess, the aircraft selection menu is a dumpster fire and I find the LOD loading with fuzzy textures and object popping way worse than 2020.

Plus it randomly breaks itself a lot - the last update gives me a CTD on each load and I gave up and went back to 2020. I’m absolutely not a holdout for the past - I’m on of those suckers in the queue at the Apple Store on the day a new iPhone comes out, but 2024 offers so little gain over 2020 for so many headaches that right now it’s still not quite worth it for me.
