August 4, 2025Aug 4 I am looking to expand my payware airport collection in the UK and have been looking at the below airports from UK2000. I am using P3dv5.4. I understand some of these are pretty old but am curious what the community’s thoughts are for these. For €10/ each, seems like a good deal to me. Belfast Manchester Luton Glasgow Thanks Orman
August 4, 2025Aug 4 Hi there, I have three airports from UK2000 (EGPD, EGPF and EGAC). They are good value for the money. When you look at Simmarket and search for EGPD you see that there are 4 reviews and all of them give 5 stars. I agree with that. They switched to MSFS but their P3D airports still look very nice. And 10 Euros is a very good price. Keep in mind that you also have to install the legacy common libraries , if not you will miss a lot of objects. You can download it here: https://uk2000scenery.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=424c7590ad12a1b9e6e66acfc762ee51&board=2.0 Rein
August 7, 2025Aug 7 Moderator All UK2000 airports are a good balance between complexity and performance. Although they’re several years old unless you physically visit them it won’t be a problem. Manchester has undergone big changes to T2 with an extra pier and gates at the western end. T1 and T3 are being revamped although most of this will be internal. Highly recommended. Well for starters you can't actually preview any of the products before you buy them off there. Clicking on a product thumbnail simply takes you to a textual list of all of the sceneries - where you have to actually locate AGAIN the one you're interested in purchasing in an unordered list then check a box next to it and then scroll down to the Buy button. Why not have one page per product with a few preview images, some blurb about how great the scenery is and a simple "Buy Now" button? Like everyone else 😂 Developer of Self-Loading Cargo - The Cabin Crew and Passenger Simulation Addon for MSFS, X-Plane, P3D and FSX

There I was confronted with a mix of all sorts of products. So better go to Simmarket directly and search for UK2000 P3D. There the products have videos and pictures to get an impression. I just had a look at London City aiport from UK2000. I have the one from ORBX and my impression is, the UK2000 is a very good and in some details even better than the ORBX scenery, where I improved the afcad. August 8, 2025Aug 8 Author Thanks to everyone for sharing their opinions / photos. I'll pick up one of the older sceneries like Manchester or Gatwick to see how I like it first. I figure if the old ones work well enough for me, the newer sceneries will meet expectations as well. Orman
August 8, 2025Aug 8 I really like the UK2000 sceneries. I think the original Heathrow I got for FS2000(??) 25 years ago set the scene for me. They have a certain look and feel that I really enjoy. As Ray said, they have good detail and good FPS. P3D sceneries will not be utilising latest and greatest technologies, as they are older sceneries. I have a few of them, although I use Aerosoft's EGLL as I find it performs better in v5 I find. Go for it!
August 16, 2025Aug 16 Author Picked up EGCC and I must say I am impressed considering the age of the airport. It looks good and performs well in V5. Will definitely be picking up more uk2000 airports in the future. Orman

I do most of my flying over those regions now so could do with expanding my airport selection but not at the expense of dodgy scenery transitions. I've quit the Asobo sim entirely now for that reason. Russell Gough SE London
