Yes - here too (UK also).  Tried booting through X-box App, which was connected and working fine, but nothing doing.  The problem is clearly at MS's end.

FS2020 seems to be affected too.

Disregard, it was an unusual loading screen but it loaded. Marketplace is offline, though.

No problem from Paris, France, right now (30/01/26, 11:15z) and early this morning (30/01/26, 06:30z) except (maybe) the real time weather? Edit: live weather seems also OK in my PC.
