December 12, 2025Dec 12 A fantastic aircraft finally getting some modern treatment. @micstatic I think you in particular will appreciate this
December 12, 2025Dec 12 Oh boy , looking forward to this. No secret that i still fly this about 40-50% all my flying hours and right now doing a trip from ENGM to EDDL in the MD83 with MSFS2024. (test SU4 flight) I really find it hard to overlook this outstanding product. If you think of updates from other developers and then look at this masterpiece you do wonder how the heck they manage to acome so brilliant a masterpiece. I dont have the 16K textures yet after the SU4 for testing purpose/stability but tell me if its safe to add. Small team but almost firstmovers for CPDLC/ACARS etc. Instant buy for me btw 🙂 Michael Moe Edited December 12, 2025Dec 12 by Michael Moe Michael Moe

December 12, 2025Dec 12 Thanks for mentioning me @Lucky38i I saw this about 20 minutes ago and was coming here to post. I'm very happy with the VC/Outside/Cabin textures and visual updates. While I'll still use the immersive soundpack, I'm overall very happy with this update. In a perfect world, old livery's will work. But I'm guessing the painter's will have to update them. I enjoy flying some retro airlines that have long been dead. 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next

I cant find it, but I am sure I read the sound pack is not compatible. Hopefully that will be fixed before the update comes out. Ron MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Too many airports to name.
December 12, 2025Dec 12 I think he said in the discord that if the pack is not compatible he would make it compatible. 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next
December 14, 2025Dec 14 Will it break compatibility with existing liveries? That's my only concern... December 14, 2025Dec 14 It's worth it, yet I have some pretty random retro paints that I suspect will never make it over to the new one. 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next
December 14, 2025Dec 14 Hopefully it will be doable to convert liveries without a huge amount of trouble. I’d hate to lose my Air Canada liveries among others. December 20, 2025Dec 20 I am looking forward to this product. I never purchased so far any Maddog product, but I am wiling to try the new MSFS 2004 Anniversary Edition out. It looks like a nice bundle of aircraft with a lot of features and at an attractive price. With regards to the sound pack being discussed above, is it this one that will receive an update soon and if so, do you know if that will be a paid or for free update? Just wondering if I should purchase the existing sound pack now or hold off if a brand new version is coming?
