Saturday at 10:50 PM5 days Yep there is a way and i use it all the time as i dont fly helicopters or gliders or GA planes....If you download a program from FSTO called MSFS 2024 Content Wrangler.. it gives you the ability to hide any aircraft or scenery or airports or missions, in fact everything in the menu, so that they dont appear as a selectable option...It does this by editing your XML file (it makes a backup before changing anything)... Monday at 09:14 AM3 days I believe back in the FSX days there was a "Favorite" menu where you could put the planes that you used the most, and then only have them show in the menu. Monday at 03:53 PM3 days Add on linker has this for 2024. It’s one of the menu options at the top. You just untick the stuff you don’t want and it goes to ‘user disabled’. You can also disable airports and missions and the like if you wish. I personally wouldn’t go manually editing the content.xml file but use a tool. I deselect all the stuff I don’t need and just link in whatever I’m flying with addon linker. The aircraft selection menu in 2024 has got very out of hand, with the Fokker 70/100 having different types for the size of the cargo door! 2020 was (as with many things - such as the controls settings - way more intuitive.
