  1. If we really took the time to think about it, FSX had better ATC feature than MSFS 2020. I'd go as far to say that I'm impressed with the visuals, performance, and stability of the sim. All other core features need improvement.
  2. What's the issue? There are a few customers that had problem, but thankfully most were resolved and suggestions have been made. Try a google search. Let me know if you have any success. Good luck.
  3. The video was well done and the plane seems like a good one to get more XP11 users to upgrade. The sim visuals are lacking for me, but I sincerely hope that it flies well and that XP12 customers enjoy it.
  4. YT is your friend. Watch some videos of the CJ4 and try out some flights. HJet is easy to set up and a blast to fly!
  5. Just go get it at the MP and stop hoping.
  6. Verticalsim's KTPA is looking good: https://www.facebook.com/Verticalsim/posts/pfbid022ZQxrsGPZC1HRc32nqenrridQPiEjBZQSPfWrV91VFbYPVbxZW7BNgRdPbTsFbHHl?__cft__[0]=AZWGvNlWpm3RW_QmyFuIAlurM9D2NF51ysrRkPLOEdalkKiB_y3RRXnfcTuMNo5aZPyCJHAOtud2nJ2cDpEKbWEVF8pNJhSj8eApSuLDW2iEpcYLrqZ6wj6z-mWNc8T48thbMe0bSmaa-Jw8gzUIqInqe3fjbb97xfs26FvBluSP04s8aH0xMrDjg_qJNtAugfoGxijhyUMVWSiya6Gn2RHP&__tn__=%2CO%2CP-R
  7. My advice is to take it one step at a time. There are many YT videos that will give you an idea of what Pilot2ATC can and can not do. You just have to take the time to actually watch them. Study them. Then try the add-on. It's just impossible to expect that any ATC add-on is going to cover every scenario that can can happen IRL flying. There are a million combination of things that can happen. Right now, MSFS default allows the creation of an IFR flight plan, then the use of the Co-Pilot feature to handle all ATC communications. Most of my IFR flights conducted in this manner have been very enjoyable. You simple have to follow the ATC instructions. I've run into trouble when I asked for a higher or lower altitude. The feature is buggy! When I followed the instructions, it worked most (not all) of the time. In real life, you simply have to follow the last clearance. That's the important point to remember. Chris, you are cleared to watch a few Pilot2ATC videos. 😀
  8. On this my 10K post, I'd like to express gratitude for this wonderful (AVSIM) community of flightsim enthusiasts and donors. I wouldn't waste a second of time here each day if I did not think that it was worth it. Sincerely, Jose
  9. It's been almost two years since I asked on their forum and still no sign of "in development." At least Verticalsim is taking on the project for now. We should have a version of an enhanced KTPA sooner than later.
  10. For me there's FlyTampa and then there's everyone else.
  11. Or, why not just focus on the areas that needed better mesh instead of minor improvements to such a large area? I'd rather wait until a WU for South America. The download reminds me of ORBX TE regions.
  12. I'm going to copy and paste what I wrote in a different thread: I deleted P3D & XP11 and I don't miss them at all. For me, despite all the areas of the core sim that can be improved, it's still my favorite flightsim of all time. Flying in the Caribbean or tropical destinations was only but a dream before MSFS 2020. I'll go as far as to say that this sim, to ME, blows all my other sims (FSX/P3D/XP11) away and I've experienced fully loaded sims. MSFS right now, is fully loaded! I have many amazing payware aircraft, many excellent payware airports, FSRealistic, AIG traffic, and a working ATC. I even have my GoFlight software & modules working. So I'm very happy with what has been achieved by ASOBO and the team after 2 years. To fully appreciate MSFS 2020, YOU must download, install, and test the flight planner, live weather feature, airplanes, airports, beautiful scenery, AI traffic, ATC, and the external controllers you will utilize for more realism. There are a ton of add-on freeware and payware that will enhance the core sim. The only way to confirm is to try it for yourself. The only downsides of the sim are: updates are mandatory and you need an active & fast internet connection.
  13. There's a lot of airports at simmarket that cover the entire Caribbean. Check out these free ones: https://flightsim.to/file/37135/henry-e-rohlsen-international-airport-tisx-updated-scenery-project-v1-0 https://flightsim.to/file/15589/terrance-b-lettsome-international-airport-tupj-updated-scenery-project-v1-0
  14. Those who suffer before they should, suffer more than they should. 😀 "A man who suffers before it is necessary, suffers more than is necessary."
  15. GA traffic was added to the XP11 version after it was released. I hope that the same is considered for this version. I've purchased every other version of FS Traffic and I'm still looking forward to how this one matures.
  16. I downloaded KSEE upon release. All your airports are excellent. Thank you!
  17. It has exceeded my expectations because I deleted P3D & XP11 and I don't miss them at all. For me, despite all the areas of the core sim that can be improved, it's still my favorite flightsim of all time. Flying in the Caribbean or tropical destinations was only but a dream before MSFS 2020. 18. You thought I pulled a Manny. Hey, it can happen. I am getting older. 😀
  19. The waters have been tested. I'm glad you got some likes on my behalf. 😀 Si.
  20. For $30 I expect a complete and perfect rendition of a Caravan.
  21. When the sim was released I, and maybe we, expected: 1) Airplanes (GA to Airliners) that were complete and perfect. 2) Airports to be fully modeled. 3) Live Weather that gave us a realistic flying experience. 4) A working ATC for both VFR & IFR operations with voice commands. 5) AI Traffic (GA & Airliners.) 6) Flight planning tools that were easy to use and that integrated with each aircraft's avionics. Plus, a stable platform with good fps. I also wanted all my controllers to work and they did. There has been some growing pains, but overall ASOBO has exceeded my expectations and they still have 8 years to improve all aspects the sim.
  22. Using payware airplanes is a much better option if you want to plan and execute IFR flights. The "live" weather feature will get better. ATC & AI improvements will eventually come. I prefer to create a flight in LNM and load into MSFS and just go fly the full IFR flight with default ATC instructions. It does a great job about 98% of the time. SI 10 will bring better DX12 support. Right now NO. No. Yet, it's still my sim of choice for VFR/IFR flights. Just awesome!
  23. Here's a morning flight from freeware KDTW-KMDW. The sim's visuals are a dream to me with Reshade preset FinalLight_v1.3.
