  1. I hope performance is still acceptable. G3000 sometimes cause fps to drop.
  2. It's the primary reason why I preferred P3D's ATC, especially with the Editvoicepack mods.
  3. Ryan is an Air Traffic Controller, so I'll let him explain what needs to be improved. I actually prefer the FSX/P3D ATC over what we have in MSFS. It was customizable, it had more voices, and voices were less robotic.
  4. The scenery & weather alone put MSFS ahead of the other two popular sims. For Airliners just lower your settings a little bit or get a better/faster computer. This could also require a faster internet connection. MSFS is a modern, complex, flight simulator that seems to be getting better with every new WU. I will only recommend XP 11 or 12 to students who don't have a fast internet connection or fairly new desktop computer.
  5. I don't understand the question, but I know my sim is the best one out there. 😀
  6. What do you mean? How is it different for you? For me, the airplanes that I flew in the beginning were very good. After the GNS and GTN units were added, the airplanes still feel the same. Some new airplanes have been release the the platform is still MSFS. The sim scenery & airports are as beautiful as they were when MSFS was released, the live weather has not changed much, and the same issues that I had to deal wit such as poor operating AI & ATC are still there. I still see trees that look like rocks and cars still drive under bridges. I could go on and on, but the positives outweigh the negatives. Lastly, I enjoy the sim and still cringe after every new WU release.
  7. Many things have improved, but to me it feels like the same sim.
  8. It takes some time to get MSFS setup and learn the sim. Once you do that, you'll never go back. I've been on board from the beginning. I had to deal with the growing pains of a sim that is constantly being updated. The sim has improved and continues to get better. Take your time and don't be discouraged. Best regards. Jose
  9. Highly recommended! It's my go to light twin.
  10. I'm glad you got it sorted out. It's a fantastic add-on. It's hard to understand how some customers can complain when this add-on came with a demo/trial version.
  11. I use it on all my VFR GA flights and I find it indispensable. It adds sounds and effects to all my aircraft that enhance my flight sim experience.
  12. Incredible! Amazing what payware developers can do nowadays in the MSFS platform.
  13. It's hard to find a good CFI because the pay from flight schools is still low and the goal for most CFIs is to build hours. I don't blame them for wanting a real job.
  14. I have more than 200 hours as a CFII in C172s and the A2A 172 is the perfect flightsim trainer for anyone who is training the same same c172 IRL. Happy Holidays.
  15. I'm going to throw this out there for anyone who cares: The most important thing you can do to for your Private Pilot Certificate is to choose the right CFI. The second one is the airplane.
  16. Not surprised by the results of the survey. I was going to try XP12, but once I saw the graphics, I decided to pass. I'm very happy with MSFS and it's only going to get better and better from its current state.
  17. Verticalsim's KTPA is delayed till mid January 2023. I'm looking forward to the release.
