Hi Steve,Check your scenery folder and make sure that all Traffic X entries are below the VFR entries.At other airports if the Traffic X entries sit above say Gatwick Extreme in the library the parking is screwed as well as the landings.Worth a look see.Norman

Hi Marc,I forgot to mention that I am using DWC which is the one which works best with RC4.My version is build 651.Calm winds are a problem and if what Pete says happens the new version of AS may show some improvments in that area.

Hi Marc,When I run ASE with FS I always record the weather at my destination.As i usually fly 2hr sectors when I am 70 miles from touchdown I refresh my AI traffic for the destination in ASE .At 50 miles out the ATIS in RC chimes in and I then check this information against my notes made at departure time.I usually find that my original departure information is still good as ASE ATIS usually gives the Winds Alfoft info at this point instead of Ground level info.

Hi,Sorry that you have a problem.Many of us use RC4 and FSX without any difficulties.If FSX is having some problems with running FSX out of the box it would seem that your system could be the problem- is it robust enough to run FSX plus the i Fly NG etc?

Hi,Read this review and wondered about the fact that the accolade was awarded despite the minor problems which still remain to be sorted for a good number of simmers.If a developer produces a sim which is as near perfect on first release as seen by the wider community I wonder what award PC Pilot would then give.That said well done PMDG and just to add a little more about Jane she was also a beta tester for the other NGX!

Emi,The OP is talking about the aircraft registration .The US use N,UK uses G,Eire use EI Germany uses D etc.Are you confusing the designations used by individual countries which classify aircraft according to weights etc?

Hi Alan,Just checked my RC and when I select my flight plan be it from EIDW or EGCC etc in the flight plan box the plan shows origin and destination and the flight level.The next few lines show the waypoints.If these are not present then the full plan is not displaying in the RC database.

Eric,You can still use FSUIPC with the FSX version!

Hi Gents,It appears that at least one developer is supporting X Plane 10.Aerosoft are looking to adapt FSX sceneries for X Plane as well as some of the Aircraft,such as the Airbus.Some GA developers already support x Plane.

Hi Alec,If you update both ASE and FSUIPC to the latest versions and use ASE in DWC mode stutters on my system are non existant.

Hi Guys,As A loyal PMDG supporter,this type of post demonstates the worst sort of behaviour which turns off a lot of customers from posting even simple questions.To the original poster ,thanks for the work however you must be prepared to be a little more humble at times!I will now quit this forum .

Hi Marc,At some of the VA that I fly with users have reported that My Traffic X does cause these problems and more so at higher %.Whilst it does not solve the problems you are already applying the usual work around.I also do use AI Smooth.UT2 is one AI program which gives you tools for zapping traffic out of the way as well as being able to restart the AI traffic.

Hi Tilo, I have used the Wilco Airbus Evo on a flight from EGGW to EDDB and have not had any problems with the aircraft not overflying the waypoints.At times the displays are screwed but that is another problem! Norman

Hi Dan, I run the same addons as you and have been flying both of the new 737 aircraft and I have not encounted any delays with the RC responses.I have had the occasional stutter in the past however I found that in nearly every case it was due to a conflict between RC audio and passing over a waypoint at the same time,which caused an FSUIPC lag.The latest versions of FSUIPC cured this problem for me. Guys, I thought that the USA was the home of free speech! When people make any purchase and it is not working for them the way it is supposed to,customers have every right to be upset.The psoters who have taken exception to the post need to take a step back and instead of resorting to name calling,instead just accept that for a number of people the NGX is not yet working . This forum is starting to produce reactions which will deter people from posting as time after time it seems that if anyone posts the slightest hint of negativity towards the guys at PMDG the poster gets bad mouthed. I suspect that all at PMDG will admit that the launch of the NGX id not go off without problems .Despite a tentative timescale for SP1 no definite information is forthcoming which suggets to me that some more work needs doing. Come on guys lets try and conduct yourseves in a manner befitting supporters of this great addon. Norman

Hi Lars,Just to offer you some reassurance,RC4.3 works well on Win7 64 bit but you must get the latest versions of Makerways anf FSUIPC.I have flown many flights with FSX and have not had any problems at all.Norman

Hi,The leave frequency for weather button will give you the weather from the nearest weather location during your flight.If you want to get the arrival airport weather ,this is generally available within 70nm of your destination.If you leave it alone and wait,at the 50nm range you can automatically get the weather however Otto must have the comms.I hope that this is of some help.Norman
