  1. When was your last go-around? Saturday afternoon at EGLL/LHR What was the reason? Aircraft still on the runway (LH A321) Do you usually fly the full IFR missed approach procedure to holding or just re-position visually or via vectors? Depends. This time I vectored out to be re-sequenced. Landed about 10 minutes later. Did you screw up or bust a restriction on your last Go-around? Nope Also do you routinely use the some sort of "traffic zapper" if AI traffic gets in your way? Nope, I just keep my speed back as best I can to create separation. If this isn't possible then I will execute a missed approach. On a side note, I executed a missed approach at Geneva on the next flight as I was unstable on final approach. Such is life in Flight Simulator. I should add that my last real world go-around was last year now. This time it was a PA-28 that hadn't cleared.
  2. We should all remember that the product is still in beta. Whilst it's nearing completion, it isn't a finished product yet. Wait and see would be my advice on the matter.
  3. It's just the 200LR & Freighter I believe.
  4. Release will be in 5 weeks, for $29 and a box of glazed doughnuts.
  5. I only use ENB, and I like it as it's quite simple to modify. That being said, it is very easy to overdo it. By that I mean I only just noticed whilst flying the NGX yesterday, that I'd made parts too dark and I could hardly see the strobe lights illuminating the ground.
  6. Whilst it may not be relevant, there is also an app called FSXFollow. Whilst it doesn't have any kneeboard functions like that, it does operate like a passenger moving map which is sometimes fun. You just download the app to iPad/iPhone etc as well as the program from their website (the app is a small amount, the web program is free).
  7. I'll be in LHR.
  8. It's a 200LR in all but the name. Both the 200F & 200LR share the same airframe, engines and fuel capacity. I think the only difference is payload which is only around 800lb more for the 200F.
  9. This link may help http://forum.avsim.net/topic/397887-crash-to-desktop-caused-by-pmdg-737ngxdll/
  10. I thought that too. I have noticed a few NGX vids on YouTube that in use in P3D.
  11. Whilst this is sound advice...I'd be very, very surprised if that PC didn't run the 777.
  12. No surprise if they go with folding wings, especially since it was proposed for the original 777. Also, what a bloody huge wingspan!
  13. Yes and no. I only say that because in the UK, 70-80% of the flights I've flownon, the crew didn't select the landing lights on until just prior to finals or until on final approach itself. At times when I've been at an airport (UK), I've often not seen landing lights illuminate until the aircraft was cleared to land (unless it was a late clearance, in which the crew had already selected the lights on).
  14. It would be interesting to get a pulse option available with the NGX, for realisms sake when flying certain airlines.
