September 25, 201015 yr Very, nice. I'll be the 1st to buy it. We really need a super high quality mid sized jet addon. The LD757 is taking way to long. I hope you get it out before the end of Fall. Paul Gugliotta
September 25, 201015 yr Hard to believe Aug 21st was the last update and here we are a few days from October. I personaly have serious doubt about a 2010 release. Eric
September 25, 201015 yr Commercial Member Only two days ago a friend of Capt Randazzo and PMDG passed away. He was also a beta tester for PMDG. Even though you didn't know him, wouldn't it be more appropriate to wait with asking for release dates and try to imagine that maybe no one at PMDG is really thinking about updates at the moment. They will show us, when they're ready. But give them some respect, and try to imagine how you would feel like after a friend died.J.Esajas

September 25, 201015 yr I don't think Mr. Dopke's death should have even come up in his thread. It's not the time nor place for it. This is a thread about the NGX. That being said, show some respect and not bring that up. He deserves much more than to be brought up in a thread such as this. I don't think his death has anything to do with the NGX, ignorant to even bring it up here.Ron Hamilton Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
September 26, 201015 yr I love what PMDG is building here with 737NGX, and the 777; I wonder if they have ever thought about making the classic 737 (100 - 500). Those birds were a lot more fun to fly than the new models.
September 26, 201015 yr I know that the devs have stated there will be lots of options for the NGX, so i was wondering if we will have the option to install the live tv/ wifi "blister" onto the roof on the rear of the fuselage. My favorite ng operators Virgin Blue and Southwest have this for live tv, or are rapidly installing it for inflight wifi acess. It shouldn't be hard to impliment, just an addition to the model.
September 26, 201015 yr Very excited about the NGX..... will even upgarde to FSX just to get it! lolI've looked through the posts but cant find the answer..... Does anyone know how the other panels will be selected from the 2d cockpit. I only use 2d so will it be the line of letters like in the 73ng or someone said on the MD11 you select the panels from the fmc? Correct me if I am wrong? Also, will it be the usual shift+e for to open the doors and cargo doors?Awesome PMDG, just awesome....Dan W

When it comes to the 2d panels, it is the most amazing and most intuitive panels i have ever seen. I would guess they would be something like that. You don't really selecteach panel from tbe fmc per say but there are a mix of click spots and mini icons that we are all accustomed too. If you want.some screenshots if you don't own the md-11 id be glad to take some FAA: ATP-ME, 737 CA, enough time in the 757/767 to be dangerous 🤠 Matt Kubanda, 7950X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 5090@4k, MSFS 2024
