So if I were to get one for some low-flying, which one is the best? I must admit that I mostly fly in Europe, but these things are so nice that I might change my mind :-)Edit: but it doesn't seem to be active yet in the store? Still seeing the full price...

I've been waiting for this sale to get the central Rockies. I dn't understand the hate and discontent...certainly a company chasing the Christmas dollars with a big post-Christmas sale isn't new...in fact it isn't even new for Orbx products. As always, if ya gotta have it RIGHT NOW you're going to pay a premium over the price at the next sale...and there will be a next sale.Good things come to those who wait...

Maybe write them a nice email explaining the circumstances. If this isn't your only product of theirs, maybe two gentlemen can come to an agreement. Thanks for the HU on the sales!

Well said. Look at the Boxing Day sales that started already on the high streets with large discounts.I purposely waited for ORBX sales....33% is a third off what I would have paid last week and NZ is definately being purchased tomorrow LOL.gif

I also also wait for the ORBX sale.... there IS ALWAYS a sale... they have doen so many times in the past, you just nuts to pay the full price just to have bragging rights to "I have it first" / "check my screenshot" I anyway have so much of ORBX that I do not get a chnage to fly even 20% of what I got, so I am more then happy to wait for their "SALES"... Heehaa score again..!

I have all 4 of the AU scenery but currently only have BLUE installed along with the only 2 airports I have - YMML and YSCB. It makes for a great short flight of around an hour in the 737NG. It is also a part of the world I would never have previously thought about flying. Makes a great change from EU and US/Canada

Doesnt start until 27th !

Isn't it the 27th down under now? ;)

When is the discount applied? Is $32.95 AUD for Ketchikan 33% off? Nevermind, just read the 'small print'. :) Starts on the 27th.Thanks!Bob

Regardless of the price, whether full or discounted, ORBX still has the best payware addon product value for the money in the entire FSX world, and the Flight Sim Store the best reseller (all IMHO of course).Kind regards,

I am definately picking up at least 4 airports tommorow..!!

The discontent is because the sale does not usually include the new releases, many of which are a few hours or days old. The sale itself was totally expected.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I read "no exceptions." This means that Jefferson will be available for 33% off. Nice!

You know the beautiful thing about downloaded software sales is, I can wait until payday and know they won't be sold out!
