Just an admirer of Anthony's work..EDIT:IMHO, Way better than some well known developer pumping out planes.. like it is coming out of a sausage machine.Just having rain effects make up the price of the plane not to mention all the additional functions that you might get at really top class developers..This is totally unreal. I would pay easily 3 times the price that I did pay for this kind of plane. Edited January 27, 201214 yr by bliksimpie
January 27, 201214 yr Thanks for the HU on this one. I am going to give it a pass for now as I have so many other payware planes I never find the time to fly them all. Bryan Wallis aka "fltsimguy" Maple Bay, British Columbia Near CAM3
January 27, 201214 yr Thanks for the HU. I will definitely have to get this. I already have Ant's Tecnam Sierra, which is a superb aircraft, and in my opinion one of the most underrated GA add ons available.A shame that Ant's work doesn't seem to be more widely recognised. Neil Burgess

January 27, 201214 yr Didn't know he was working on that one. Thanks for the HU. Anthony's planes are always worth a look.I must admit, I had to smile on that screenshot with the '#####' livery though.

January 28, 201214 yr Just installed the demo and about to load a flight. My verdict coming soon, but pretty sure already it will be two thumbs up. Bryan K.Ottawa, CanadaCurrent virtual hangar: Flight1 BN2 Islander, A2A C182, A2A C172, Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended
January 28, 201214 yr Okay, here is my take, for what it's worth. Just did a 30 minute test, with the demo version. It's the full release version, with the word DEMO placed at the just the right spots to annoy :)1. Kudos to Anthony for offering a demo version. A nice concept that should be picked up by others.2. This release will likely go head to head with the Flight C162.Tough call between both models. But I already have 30 hours in the C162, so I am a bit biased.3. Really nice VC, a few notches above Ant's Sierra model, and better than the F1 C162 in several areas. 4. On my setup, no impact on FPS5. Like the Sierra, the Eaglet has the really nice Garmin GPSMap 296 built in. Not sure if Anthony designed this one by himself, but I simply love it. I guess the big question to ask yourselves will be: is it worth it? That is if you already own Ant's Sierra. For me, at least thus far, it will be 'no'. I just don't see enough of a novelty to make the purchase. If you don't have the Sierra, then it's a great addition to your virtual hangar, if you are (like me) into the 100 Kts GA models. I would likely recommend this one over the Sierra, even if cruise speed is a bit slower. Have no fear in giving the demo a quick spin. January 28, 201214 yr I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this offering by Ant's Airplanes yesterday. The Tecnam Sierra is such a favorite of mine that I bought the Eaglet on the spot, without waiting for feedback. And it doesn't disappoint: for low and slow, it is fabulous.Thank you Anthony for a great plane :(
January 28, 201214 yr Author Those who got it, please take it for a night flight.. absolute stunning landing light effect.. Who If I can just have this landing light effect in some other planesthanks anthony.. You sure did get it right !!!!!

No doubt that his new plane is worth it, but that hangar question is a vital one.
January 28, 201214 yr Well, I already own the Sierra, tried the demo for a few minutes and bought the Eaglet right away. A lot of love went into making this plane and it shows. My now favorite plane for low&slow fun, the other one being the Turbine Duke for the faster and higher stuff.
