The main reason for SP1c is the SDK, not specifically bug fixes. The beta team is finishing up testing with the SP right now.I'm not sure what some of you are complaining about - I thought I'd give you an idea of what to expect with the tutorial as well as tell you it's finished. I seriously cannot win here - if I don't say anything I get tickets complaining that there's no tutorial #2 yet, if I tell you, you complain that I shouldn't have said anything. I don't know what ulterior motive you think I have here - it's not like SP1c or the tutorial cost extra money.

Hey Ryan,You guys are the ones who set the high standards ... we're just trying to follow your example.Money%20Eyes.gifPlus ... we can only post so much until all the facts are covered, then we delve into conspiracy theories - it's not like the forums cost extra money.

What I've learned from flight simming forums is that the local public is by far the worst there is. Knob looks weird, window is too small, the plane doesn't perform as it should, blah, blah, blah. You do a great job here, as a customer I personally really appreciate what you do. So does a bunch of other people. Carry on the good work. And as usual, thanks for the heads up :( .

I seriously cannot win here.
You did win already when you released the 737NGX. :( Tutorial #2 is going to be a great free bonus to the best plane ever made in the history of PC Flight sims, so... don't let some whiners spoil your day! :( I'm glad the tutorial is finished (for you AND for us, hehehe) and look forward to learning even more about the 737NGX!!!

Agreed...for an extreme example, see the wargaming computer genre. Unbelievable nitpickers, that bunch of users, to the point where the industry is basically dead. Sort of like when someone says "perfection" and someone else grouses about it in a literal fashion. The "bugs" that PMDG has addressed in the SPs and Hotfixes would have been blown off by other developers whom I will not name here.Take your time PMDG...there's plenty to do and learn with the NGX in the meantime...

RyanNot complaining, just impatient that's all, love the ngx and love the extras that you all continue to do. Love the fact you updated us on progression of the tutorial, liked that we were updated on progression on the other items...I think it's the term soon, and the time scale that takes, sometimes the inference is that things are about to appear(stopped up till the early hours to get it complete) then silence falls and soon becomes weeks. Perhaps it's that enough updates aren't given, so users have a better understanding of what soon means.Don't take things to heart, my comments were tongue in cheek, but with some impatients to...I spend my life having to deal with same communication and deadlines issues, you'll never win, but doesn't mean you can't always improve.

Regards

Within the wide and diverse population at large, there unfortunately exists a certain element that is challenged in a number of ways.In the old days before the faceless social media, this element would have kept their pie hole shut or risk … Unfortunately the good old days are gone forever and we are left with having to put up with and basically ignore the useless, whiny and pointless noise of this idiotic element. The fact that this element cannot and likely never will understand or appreciate what they have been given is really their loss and hopefully does not translate in to a loss for those who do appreciate your work and over and above effort.Rest assured that there is HUGE number of people who FULLY appreciate what PMDG have given us.

Cheers, Scott Ball

Scottbeside of your binary world outlook (old days /now) there are for sure FS enthusiasts, who are able to appreciate PMDG development, but can't hear/read the magic and very imprecise term "very soon" anymore!
