I voted no on the dlc aswell, but if they gave me a chunk of Alaska and a good rendition of a Beaver perhaps, personally I think Flight would have been more accepted if they started off in Alaska, with all the tv shows and the bush flying etc.

As far as I can see it's a poll about Flight, not a survey amongst Flight users. I've browsed the Aerofly forum despite not having Aerofly or having any intention of buying it, same goes for the DCS P51 forum ;).

Or maybe just 'not-likers'. I think Flight's great fun, but if you're not into GA, or want to fly somewhere that isn't Hawaii Flight is not going to appeal to you.

you are proving that number of those who didn't download are much higher. Cause many won't visit this forum. Now if you put the poll in FSX forum, you might get a hugely different result.

I'll download and buy dlc when FSX default quality jetliners(that function properly) with real world paints, atc, gps flight plan tracking, and all of North America is available. Not the least bit interested in jets with full complex systems, like PMDG.

Downloaded it, bought it, will buy more DLC in the future but it will depend on DLC. My personal rating from 0 to 10 = 7

I quite agree on this point. One of the best missions in FSX was that with the Maule in Alaska, to help the base camp of Denali. It was really interesting, and I learned there the importance of correct mixture control, to allow the Maule reaching high altitudes.Probably however MS thought that Hawaii are "sexier" than Alaska for the average gamer, so the choice for Flight (confirmed also by the "Coconut Bra" award :-)).A.

Please explain why they should not be? Perhaps they are checking things out? Giving people room to check it out, without the wailing and gnashing of teeth, has been the mantra du jour after all. The survey is useful to get a sample of the population. This gives a glimpse into data that allows us to infer about the population.Why are you so eager to shoo others away?

There is a pause mode. Just hit the ESC key. Click resume when you are done pausing.
