I own neither (yet), but when I purchase one of them (which I will), it will be the Milviz.

 

The reason being that the Milviz includes the ability to use the weapons on other simobjects (and their C310 is great!), and after the C-27 Spartan I am extremely cautious of IRIS aircraft. This is just my opinion, and I still love their A-10!

For me, the Milviz was my choice because of its more realistic flight model. Here is a very good comparison, although it is translated from French to English:

As a grown man I would feel a bit silly pretending to shoot down other aircraft in FSX so that aspect didn't interest me at all and I'm not sure which has the more realistic flight model as I've never flown a real one and so much of it is conjecture anyway these days but I plumped for the Iris version when it came out and I'm very pleased with it. Either one will make you happy I'm sure. There are ardent fans (paid and otherwise) on both sides who will swear blind that their's is better so you could go mad trying to pick one based on customer reviews. The big attraction with the Milviz version is the 30 day money back offer so you can at least try that one first if you are still unsure after reading all the inevitable arguments which will arise in this thread

Just to state more clearly my preference, I favor the Milviz one also, and one of the reasons is that it includes a nifty in-flight refueling capability complete with tanker.

IRIS owner here and it's amazing - I doubt you can go wrong with either.
