July 10, 201213 yr Author Wow, nice pics! Some screenshots made me doubt if it was just Flight, or with a little Photoshop. Nope, no Photoshop or any other modifications. July 12, 201213 yr Makes we wish Flight was a whole world package that allowed for 3PD developement. It's doing some things very right, a few things wrong, and a lot of things not at all. But the software has got a lot of potential, if only the people making management and marketing decisions will get out of the way. Give it some time to see how it grows and in what direction, before writing it off.

Although I haven't tried Flight and most likely wont due to what it currently offers, It would be really nice if at some point in the future MS takes the things they have learned from Flight and went back to seeling a whole world model like they did in the past (FSX to prior) and opened it up again to devs. If they dont it looks like some of use will be stuck with FSX/FS9/X-Plane for a long time until either MS reverts back to the old style format of a new sim, Outterra finishes their product and 3PDs get involved, X-Plane releases a sim that will finally appeal to the masses, or a new sim comes along from a whole new developer.
