July 27, 201213 yr I hope that they finish the western U.S., i.e. after northern California do southern California and then the rest of the Southwest U.S. Unfortunately, unless they speed up development, it's going to be many years before they finish the entire United States, not to mention Europe. It'll be fantastic one day to have the whole U.S. and Europe in ORBX quality and accuracy. July 27, 201213 yr I would love them to do Florida. Since there's not much in the way of interesting mountains or something that a mesh can provide, most of the beauty would come from detailed textures and autogen placement, something that makes it perfect for FTX. I wouldn't mind New York and DC areas either to make the visual approaches there much nicer to fly. But really I am very excited to see them doing Cali and Alaska next.
July 27, 201213 yr My own backyard, of course (mid-Atlantic U.S.) since I love to fly local weather. If everybody votes for his own backyard, that ought to keep them busy for, oh, a couple of decades at least... Alan Ampolsk"Ah, Paula, they are firing at me!"-- Saint-Exupery

July 27, 201213 yr I'm gonna be selfish and say Scandinavia I was just coming here to post exactly the same thing

July 27, 201213 yr The Americas is sufficient: Central America and South America...There's enough material for the US already. And the old world? Hey who wants to go fly there, anyways-- nothing interesting.......... (uhhh, shoe....duck, another shoe) . And those shoes seem to be aero-dynamic, like Peter Russells says. :P
July 27, 201213 yr I would be really happy if ORBX finishes the Southern Rocky Mountains. My town in Colorado would be included from the one map I saw of the SRM.
