I doubt that. You still have the 77W & 77F to release after the 77L. All of those are fairly similar but the 200/ER has different ways and a different model on the wings and three variants on the engines.

 

77W is where it's at ;-)

Regarding the Vatsim comments I could be wrong, but I thought the ER and LR both shared the B772 ICAO code, so there's no way you would notice on Vatspy.

No the 777-200/ER is 772, 777-200LR is 77L. However if you use squawk box or don't pre-file then your aircraft can only be 772 or 773 as they have limited options. I'll just put the correct one in the Remarks not that it's that important ha.

The only way we are going to get an ER expansion is if the community keeps the pressure on, I am pretty worried that they are just going to move onto the 747 400, and that's it, we have no official clarification that the 200ER is going ahead

Well Ryan, I think I speak on behalf of MANY people in the community, kindly asking that you do a BA one for the 77L. It would be massively appreciated! I know so many people that want the 777 just to fly under the BAW Callsign. I believe BAV said they're allowing people to fly with the PMDG 77L once released.

 

+1 From me. I will be wanting to fly this bird long range in my BAV colours. It is no biggie as I know someone will knock up a BA livery straight after release but it would be nice for it to be there from day one.

Since the LR has a very limted airline base most of us will have to rely on painters. I'll simply fly my AA legs under the PMDG or Boeing house livery until an AA paint comes out.

I'm not going to get anything else over the 200LR and 300ER once they're out, so if nobody paints what i need on both models, i'll just paint them myself. I don't care if BAW didn't have a LR, to me it's a 200 :P
