I'l get it for sure, since I already got the original Airbus X, so I'll get it at a lower price, but I don't trust any release dates any more. I'll only believe it's released, when I got it installed on my PC!

I will wait for feedback - although it is certainly up there my list of aviation products to purchase

:yahoo:

Yippee!! Maybe this will serve to shove a big fat clod in the yapes of all the naysayers.

Does anyone think this will be a big upgrade from the Airbus X??

Yes. The fact that we can now have SIDs/STARs is huge.

Guys- Dont hold your breath.. Although it looks good, NO ONE has been able to prove that an airbus can be properly simulated in FSX. Matter of fact they know it too, and this is why they are so admant about it being so. I ask them if the fuel system was proper( as it is similiar to the level of sophistication of the MD11) and the answer i got was- ' perhaps this isnt the simulation for you '

What makes an airbus unique and different is its advance sytems... if they arent simulated proper, what is the point? Unless you just like eye candy and an APU that doesnt even burn fuel.

Hoping it turns out to be an enjoyable add-on, and for Christmas will be a great way to introduce it.

Why is that important? If you are interested, buy it, enjoy it, and let others do what they will.

Airbus can be properly simulated in FSX just as any other modern complicated jetliner, just takes a lot more work I guess. I'm very sure that FSLabs Airbus will truly be amazing simulation comparable to for example PMDG 737NGX in realism.

I think Aerosoft one will be really good too, maybe I will buy them both.

I think Aerosoft made it clear this wont be an in depth systems plane. If your looking for anything close to PMDG depth, the FSLABS would be the better choice. Call this one medium to light from what Ive read depending on your perspective and how you like to interact.

Im curious too about this one, but I much more favor heavy in depth systems.

When you see that much anticipation over a payware plane, numerous topics here and hundreds of pages on Aerosoft's forum, then you know that FSX is something special. :)

I'm still thinking - "it's out when it's out".

Current system: ASUS PRIME Z690-P D4, Intel 12900k, 32GB RAM @ 3600mhz, Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity, M2 SSD, Oculus Quest 2.

I think this plane is perfect for me. As long as it works and acts etc. as the real thing, I am fine with it. I couldn't care less about what's happening in the background, which I can't even check or see... ^_^ I don't fly planes because of things I can't see, but because of things I can see. B) And the Airbus X seems to do fine in that regard. The 737NGX may be a 'deeper sim' but I don't notice that at all when I am flying it. To me it's just as good and realistic...

BTW Even real Airbus pilots are beta testing this one and they we will be surprised... but well, usually that doesn't impress die hard simmers at all. On the contrary... ^_^

Very much a 'medium' systems plane. I think it looks great, however I won't be buying it. FSLabs is my port of call. Super realism is the only way forward after being spoiled by the NGX. It's so difficult to go to even the MD11 sometimes, let alone the 747.
