Get's my vote. Had the pleasure of flying in an RAF VC10 C1 once. It was for work, so I even got paid for it. Will be very sad to see them retired from service this year.

I think the Rolls Royce Trent 800 engines have got to be the best sounding modern engines. I vote Pratt and Whitney JT8D-9 for the classics!
