Wait a minute....

Aha yes, I noticed the same thing! That's good news (even if this page means nothing which it may or may not)

Best regards, happy flying,

Wallace

It may not mean anything, of course. But the fact that it's there kind of gives an indication that the "f" won't be far behind if they're not in the same package. At least, that's what I hope. I don't really care that much for the pax versions, but I'd love the "f" to come along as soon as possible.

165 million dollars seems fair if it comes with the EFB.....otherwise it's vastly overpriced.

Makes a lot of sense, quote Wiki 777:

"The 777 Freighter (777F) is an all-cargo version of the twinjet, and shares features with the −200LR, these include its airframe, engines, and fuel capacity."

If I'm remembering the Munich video properly, that's one of the reasons they did it.  I watched it so long ago, though, that I could just be making stuff up.

My guess is that we're very close.  (This weekend or next)  They did the same "countdown" on the NGX, and they put up a product page right before NGX release.

There would not have been any videos of the NGX if Nick from AoA had not made one. (A very good one.)  I don't think PMDG made any pre-release (or post-release) videos.

I think that 165 million is a fare (I am an idiot) fair price to pay. That is like wholesale compared to what Boeing is selling them for to the airlines.

Airplanes -> Airlines -> Airfare...

It's an understandable mistake.  Some of my mistakes here have been pretty nasty and I just blame coffee for my brain not being switched on.  Haha.

I agree, that is very close. Captain Randazzo said that we didin´t even know if the ac was in beta stage. That´s my hope.

Best.

 Bad thing is, I have a coffee pot in my office, and I am on my second pot for the day.....no excuse for me today I am sorry to say.

Well, if this is a sign of imminent release it represents yet another change to PMDG's previously announced strategy.  They said there would be "no silent release".  Maybe they'll release it on April 1 and say that "no silent release stuff" was just a joke.  I can't say I found recent events in the forum very amusing.

I can hear the huge engines roaring, and it is on final i believe.
