No problems here, got it up to almost 30k before doing some spin practice.  Did you manually switch it into high blower at 10.5k or so?

Yes, I followed the manual procedures. reducing prop RPM engage the blower then put the power back on.

Strange:  It's happen twice now and forced me down in the Cascade Mountain range.  I must be doing something wrong if nobody else is having an issue, perhaps I'll build a new profile via FSUIPC to make sure there is not something going on there, scratching my head on this one...

You think it's normal that it shows the acft in a dive during climb? Ok...

Btw no unkindness meant, you're a real pilot, I'm not, but the attitude indicator seems okay to me. I'm a bit confused. The "ball" behind the wire shows climb and dive properly, I could see how it might look otherwise, but adjust the wire with the knob on the control and it will make sense. At least I hope. Kind of like this early version of the attitude indicator.

Anthony says he will take a close look at the gauge and should it need any adjustments it will be included in the SP1 in a week or two. If not, then we learn to read it as intended.

I agree the Climb and Dive text is positioned correctly, but my impression is the pitch display appears to be reversed. I would be interested to see what it would look like if that axis was reversed. Then a dive would appear as a dive and not as a climb, and vice versa.

Ah I see, you mean brown is ground below, white is clouds above..... yeah, minor thing. I got used to it quickly. :)

Last try... maybe the mixture was not in Normal /Auto?   Sorry if that's elementary; I've made that mistake, lol.

If that pitch gauge is the only thing we find wrong, that is a pretty good achievement in itself in my books. And, it can and will be fixed quite quickly no doubt :)

Re the sounds, if you have a nice surround sound system with a woofer, or really high quality headphones, the audio sounds pretty nice! It can sound tinny on cheap speakers, but thats the speakers doing most of that.

I totally agree this is an extremely well made model. I do have both - excellent speakers and excellent headphones - and as I mentioned a few pages ago the startup sounds are terrific as are the outside low power cruise sounds.

I lived near the traffic pattern for Keesler AFB when the T-28 was used for primary training of the Vietnamese nationals. They were as interested in winding the clock for logged flight time so they spent a lot of time sightseeing as shooting touch and goes. The sounds are just as I remember them from the days gone by.

Hello Blaze

It could be your joystick input is not being read properly

There is a Diagnostic page on the Animation Manager 2D popup (shift+4). Select that and move your throttle and mixture from min to max and note the values. They should be from -16384 to +16384 (or close enough to those values). It may require adjustment with FSUIPC depending on how your FSUIPC is already setup.

Would also be helpful if you could provide some numbers on the Manifold Pressure you are getting at full throttle at sea level, 5000' and 10,000'.

The attitude gyro may be of the type Sperry made many years ago that could be confusing due to the orientation of climb/dive. It is believed that particular gyro was a major cause in the accident that claimed the lives of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J.P. Richardson.

By the way, I've got the aircraft and love it!  Fantastic job Ant!

I'm thinking the same thing about the attitude indicator.

By the way, I reported a bug issue as well.  In external view at night, with the cockpit lights "on", there is a lot of interior light bleeding through the left wing root and onto the left wing.  Otherwise, I have been hard pressed to find any issues with Ant's T-28D.  I love the start up routine with the prop rotating slowly until the engine fires, cowl flaps actually have an effect on engine cooling and aerodynamics.  All in all, this is a tremendous bargain for $20 U.S.

Maybe. If it is I'm just wrong but there's no way I could ever fly with that.

Does Ant have a dedicated Forum somewhere for this plane, or his planes, If so, where? I have tried the demo and if I can finish my addon 2d panel I'll buy it. I like 2d panels. Thanks, Bob..

Hello Bob, long time no hear Buddy. Anthony has an email address in the PDF user manual. You can talk directly to him. [email protected] I think, but check the manual for accuracy.
