Shouldn't they be giving SOME kind of update this weekend??

 

On paper, They SHOULD but they probably won't, But I won't mind, You know why? Because I know by New years, I'll have a PMDG 777. And if I don't? I'll have one by my Birthday in February. And if I don't still, I'll have one buy summer 2014. Still No? Then new years 2015. Later than this year (which it should be released), well that'll just increase the hype even more

Well, isn't it kinda of obvious? I suppose a general status update OF the wide beta... e.g is it 2 years, or 2 days away from release... I'm not asking for a release date - just some 'pointers' as to where we are regarding the wide beta.

I don't fault PMDG for making sure its right, and I started a thread a while back saying just that, but after a certain point it's time to get the product out there.  I am less excited about this in October than I am in August.

Seriously...if PMDG isn't making it available for sale, then obviously they don't feel it's ready to be sold yet.

Only they can determine that, and as beta testers we are helping them get there.

My opinion if the product is ready to release is pretty irrelevant as a tester.

Oh, and...to respond to the now non existent person who said I'm only happy because I'm testing it, I just want to say that even if I wasn't testing it, I still get to play with the REAL LIVE version at work.

A daily detailed report so can say "HEEYY, YOU BETTER FIX THAT BEFORE RELEASE"
