Thanks Dave forgot to post this...it was going to be part of the thread today....

You don't need to do any more persuading. You just need to...tell...us...when.

LOL I know but I do want to cover as many bases I can prior to a release.... ;)

I think it is important to show all of you what it can do.....

Yup, I'm also sold, just tell me where to send the funds. :lol:

Looks like the REX crew waited too long on their hands to make an XP10 compatible version. Glad you have stepped in. Just don't stop here we need realistic water as well.

Success here with SkyMAXX Pro means the sky is(isn't) the limit..... X-Plane development is still a risky area as many of you know.  We are working hard to bring the very best to this awesome platform.  I promise updates to SkyMAXX Pro and other additions to the sim when we prove that X-Plane 10 is the future of simulation.....

Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately I have work :P  Here is at 45,000ft

Cloud layers:

High= Cirrus 28,000

Mid=  Cumulus Scattered 13,000

Low=  Cumulus Scattered 7,000-12,000

Visibility= 100%

To be clear the clouds do cut off and uwespeed is correct but as you can see the cutoff is very unnoticeable even at 45,000-50,000ft ....I think it presents way better than X-Plane 10 default.....

I was thinking more of Space Shuttle height, but that will do. :-)

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

There is a lot to be optimized in later releases, super duper high altitude isnt a priority right now.  But SkyMAXX Pro will be a fluid release with important updates to make it as complete as possible......Keep in mind code itself is is very fluid and organic......

The video that redpiper1 put together is outstanding.  This add on is something that will move XPX to another level.
