October 12, 201312 yr As far as I know, the only thing I have that won't work under P3D is the Dodosim 206 helicopter. It works for me and always has, even under Win 8 and that's saying a lot.
October 12, 201312 yr Sounds good. I love parties and my joystick is ready. Bob "joystick"............... :LMAO:

October 12, 201312 yr Apart from F1's G1000/Citation is there anything that is really required from F1? I can't think of much that I will need from F1. But the G100/Citation is a big one... F1 has not produced anything much of late.. Except for various forms of G1000 PMDG is the only thing thatis going to force me to keep FSX on my PC. So I may as well use the FSX for G1000 and RealityX G530. Otherwise P3D is going to be my primary sim it looks like. Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
October 12, 201312 yr Commercial Member I will probably release a compatible version of my add-ons for use with Prepar3D. However, to maintain the spirit of the Terms of Use, the user will be required to have a web cam, which must be in use when flying over my product. They must also have facial recognition software in use, so that if the web camera shows any user smiling the add on will be deleted from the hard drive. My add-ons will only be marketed towards hardcore or serious simmers, no smiling from being entertained will be tolerated!   I like how you think. Finally, someone who will keep us out of jail. REX AccuSeason Developer REX Simulations

October 12, 201312 yr Hi, I'll be spending just about all my time in the iFly 737-800... The iFly was the first 737 I brought which was for FSX. I've no idea if that version will work in P3D or if you need to purchase an extra licence for P3D as I have to admit *blush* I've not bothered to do any research in this regard. I should also state I don't currently have P3D. I started of only flying GA but fell in love with the 737 when I was in my very early teens and was allowed to go into the cockpit. Of course, this experience left its mark so when I discovered the iFly it was a must have purchase as you can imagine. Of course, it took a little while to understand how to fly it, and because my system was not as stable then as it is now, I did experience, shall we say, some temperamental features. All these things were overcome however. The 'other' 737 I also have but will refrain from commenting. I'm back flying GA and having a great time. I still have a huge pull towards the 737 so am more than happy to learn that the iFly works in 1.4 and hopefully by default will also fly in v2.0. I fly exclusively with three monitors, so having over 60 inches of 737 cockpit filling my view is my guilty pleasure. Hopefully, with simply the performance boost that v2.0 will bring to the party, its going to be beyond awesome.
October 12, 201312 yr Hi, The iFly 737 is available for and was made to work with P3D. The price is $79.95. I also fly with three monitors 5760x1200x32. Wouldn't have it any other way, could never go back to a single monitor. The first time I switched them on (with flight in my case) it completely blew me away. Sill does.

October 13, 201312 yr Hi, I'll be spending just about all my time in the iFly 737-800... me too, the new update on this bird is awesome....I fly it more than the NGX. Cool, thank you for that Don't know how you find it, but using three monitors is one of THE best add-ons I've ever ever had for Flight simulation. The first time I switched them on (with flight in my case) it completely blew me away. Sill does. the price was around $29.95 at release for previous fs9/fsx owners but now it's $80  it's all worth it, the plane is amazing: textures, sound, flight model, systems, etc.
October 13, 201312 yr I am hoping that if indeed these new features are implemented including more performance overhead, it will renew enthusiasm for addon development and we'll some new and exciting releases Best, Michael KDFW
