October 13, 201510 yr Doesn't for me, tells me I don't have a valid installation. Aircraft works fine though. I adjusted the configuration utility and don't remember any error messages -and it flies great. October 13, 201510 yr Doesn't for me, tells me I don't have a valid installation. Aircraft works fine though. Same for me. Sort of sorry to hear someone else is having the same issue. I was hoping that it was just a configuration issue on my computer. I just hope there are plans to make this...and their other "P3D coming soon" planes available in V3. Love their planes. I adjusted the configuration utility and don't remember any error messages -and it flies great. Dean Do you have P3D v2.x installed? Chris
October 14, 201510 yr Yes I do have v2 installed. UK P3DV5 and Xplane 11 SimmerPilotEdge I11, CAT11, A-Z (ZLA), A-Z (WUS) System details: Gigabyte P57v7 CF2 17.3" laptop. October 14, 201510 yr Dean33, try changing the GPS option in the panel config and verify if it is changing your v3 install or your v2 install ... Or maybe both! I no longer have v2 installed, but might reinstall it if that works around the problem. Chris
October 14, 201510 yr Both the A2A B17 and Captain of the Ship B377 work great in P3D v3. All I did was make a copy of the Prepar3d.exe and named it FSX.exe, and both installed just fine when pointed to the P3D folder. Updaters work as well. No migration tool necessary. Enjoy, both awesome airplanes. Thanks.

October 14, 201510 yr Depends on which version of Prepar3d you use, Academic or Professional. Vic Vic, I'm using the Academic License sir. The one on the Flight1 website, but either way the difference between the two versions isn't Academic/Professional, it's personal vs personal & commercial. Where a product is for Academic only (e.g. GEX), they aren't shy about saying so, in fact there is no reference to P3D version on the 750 pages on either site, nor in the mannual.
October 14, 201510 yr The installer of the GTN 750 for P3D version 3 is not available yet. Flight1 is actively working on it. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz (8 cores) Hyper on, Evga RTX 3060 12 Gig, 32 GB ram, Windows 11, P3D v6, and MSFS 2020 and a couple of SSD's
October 14, 201510 yr FWIW there's a post in Aerosoft - General forum . . . P3D V3 Compatibility List. Currently includes - well read for yourselves, but aircraft include Lightning F3 and F6 with the Airbus 318/319 and 320/321 pending. Not a lot yet, but encouraging. What "compatible" means of course? not that it seems most will worry . . .
October 14, 201510 yr Theirs a couple of them that are now V3 compatible. You might need to sign up the the Orbtx forums to view this page, well worth it though http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/forum/77-release-announcements/

October 14, 201510 yr What Orbx scenery's are available for V3? I was interested in Orbx Australia add-on but I'm not sure they've made the installers for V3 yet. You can install them easily even without them being v3 compatible. Just rename your p3dv3 folder to p3dv2 and run the installers. I have all of the North American regions installed in this manner.
