All is well.

All your items checked ou with exception to the EXE.DLL

I had 2. Deleted the entry in the roaming version and that did it...

Have another question...

I went through and assigned all my addon aircraft to the schedules

including the CRJs by Wilco.

I am still getting a very ugly model AI at the airports...

Anyway I can delete the ugly models so only my wilco aircraft show up?

Thanks again!

That's what I was wondering if it had any new models or updated paints with the schedules.

Schedules have nothing to do with models and textures - so seems its not a correct statement

I noticed some new paints for the delta fleet, but I think that was it.

Yes, but you have to install them yourself, which is exactly what I have been doing over the past two weeks. In fact, I decided to update all of my UK airline schedules prior to Summer 2014.......

* 77 airline flightplans updated

* 25 airline flightplans deleted

This was an extensive upgrade project, so I have not been flying at all during this time. I still have a handful of airlines to update (I am currently waiting for Summer 2016 schedules to be released, or looking for suitably recent schedules to add), and I also want to create my own basic flightplans (using BGL files) for BAe Systems (and a Qinetiq Avro RJ70 that is keen to start flying around my virtual world). Hard work, but the results will be worth it :wink:

so humour me here.  Ive updated my schedules over the last 5 years... I have 550 DB files I have imported using the power pack, and then removed these from UT2Weekly_Official.db using database manager to make sure I dont have any duplicates

For example I imported air canada 20016 schedules and then unclicked the air canada scheds in the old UT2Weekly_Official database.

so if I install this new 2016 schedules its obliviously going to overwrite the UT2Weekly_Official from 2014, so does that mean I need to turn off all the duplicates again or will be remember the ones ive turned off in UT2Weekly_Official

Cheers

Yep, which is why I uninstalled UT2 from my FSX-SE installation and replaced it with WOAI. At least I'm going to spend time revising models and liveries, I might as well have a big freeware community behind me. After a while, seeing all those Daedelus Express aircraft gets a bit tiring. Unfortunately, FSX and P3d do not have a viable 3rd party AI traffic option that is realistic, kept up to date and easy to maintain.

 It can certainly take some time and effort to get a good custom AI setup created, but keeping it current and up to date once established it actually quite easy. The key is to stay with it and not get too far behind. A little bit of work then pays off in spades.

There are two ways of seeing the Daedalus colour scheme in UT2. If you have these paints enabled, then obviously any default database schedules that you are using that do not have associated repaints for the respective airlines will display as Daedalus. However, there is another way that Daedalus repaints can appear...and that is if you have made a mistake assigning repaints for a new flightplan that has been added (even if you have the Daedalus repaints disabled). This happened to me once or twice, and it can be quite a challenge finding the flightplan responsible! However, I suddenly realised that I had a simple solution......I just deleted eveything from the UT2 Aircraft folder. The reason I did this is because my entire database of airlines flying to and from the UK has been upgraded with new models and repaints. In short, I now only need my Airplanes AI folder active (the one where I have added all of those new AI plane models and textures). Since the Daedalus repaints are in the UT2 Aircraft folder, I can be confident that I will never see them again!

Yeah, all this shows is that maintaining old software like UT2 is only for the tinkerers among us. I finally gave up and now just try to stay afloat by only updating the major us air carriers and their contract regional airlines in WOAI. But if I were to reinstall UT2, I would do the same. I can't stand seeing those mud brown Southwest liveries when those paints are now TWO generations old.
