Hi Phil,

How are you doing sir?

Kind regards,

Hi Stephen

Something of a relapse yesterday, but doing better today thanks. Recovery is going to be a long haul flight this time:-(

Hi Phil,

Pesky things those relapses I would suppose. Don't let them get you down though. Believe in the better days that are coming! There are an awful lot of people wishing you strength and resilience in  your recovery, you are far from alone.

Best wishes.

And just like a long haul flight, as long as the general trend is in the right direction, you will get to your destination despite a few detours. Get well soon :)
