And yes its around the VOR BFK towards TOTRI and FL seems not to affect. I can reproduce it at 6000 feet and at FL180 Not sure if its related to scenerys. I will try without anything at all. Only Default (FTX Global) It has absolut nothing to do with Vectors or FTX England Michael Moe Update: At 7.1 nm towards TOTRI leaving London my VAS drops about 300MB and this is with default settings (FTX Global) I even tried disabling those 3 airport around this spot (EGSG,EGSX,EGSS) Gentlemen can you nail it ? I did try your flight you requested and passed BPK with 1.15g VAS remaining which stayed that way until after TOTRI which then begin to go up to my normal 1.4g VAS remaining. (This is according to FSUIPC title bar) I use Orbx Global Textures along with AS16 and ASCA on a 4k monitor. I run Extreme Max on scenery and autogen and pretty much max everything else. Rob A. extra high settings basically. I'm not sure if this is a fair test due to no extra scenery for the area as I'm mainly stay in the US for flights. Hope this helps a little. Sean Green

Thank you Sean Your test is really interesting because i also use AS2016+ASCA. You did not get a 300mb VAS reduction so we have to look for something else. October 29, 20169 yr Gentlemen, i face the same issue. What gave me about 250 Megs back was removing the yesterday added lines in prepar3d.cfg: ENABLE_MEMORY_OPTIMIZATION=1 in GRAPHICS section and MaintainSystemCopyOfDeviceTextures=0 in DISPLAY section If you have them in your cfg try it, also i know that concerning to Rob's P3D tutorial it doesn't make sense that removing the entries helps in VAS terms.... I do have this and will report back, I just tried the exact same departure using the Majestic Dash8 with the same result at 7.1 NM before TOLTRI Loss of 3-350MB Michael Moe UPDATE: I think you nailed it :smile: :wink: All London drivers - we might have a breakthrough regarding extra ordninary VAS issues . I can confirm that disabling FTX Global MESH solves the loss of 300MB of VAS between BFK and TOLTRI (7.1NM before TOLTRI) in London even with FTX England and everything else in place We need to adress ORBX/FTX i guess Thanks for all your hard work Michael Moe Michael Moe

After takeoff vas remains pretty constant going past bnn and bpk . As I approach LAM I have a sudden amount of hardrive activity and approximately 150mb to 200mb vas increase . Deactivateing Pilots ftx mesh cures the issue . No idea why this should be or how to fix . Same with default scenery and all orbx. Would hate to loose my mesh but could live without just in UK.This is with realair beech turbine . With mesh 3420 Vas used without 3120.
